VTUEEE 2023 stands for Vel Tech Undergraduate Engineering Entrance Examination-2023. It is a common entrance exam conducted by the Vel Tech R&D institute of science and technology to choose the candidates for admission into the B.tech course. The exam is conducted twice a year in both online and offline mode. Interested candidates who are looking for admission through the VTUEEE 2023 exam can apply either in online or offline mode as per their preference. VTUEE 2023 Overview

• The institute will send not the result card to the candidates by post or by any other offline medium.
• Overwriting, erasing, cutting or using correction fluid on the application form can result in the rejection of the application form.
• In case a candidate submits more than one application form then the latest one will be considered.
• VTUEEE 2023 is a national level exam to be held in multiple cities across India.
• Those who are looking to apply offline should note that they need to fill the application form in Block letters using a black ballpoint pen only.

Age limit

• The age of a candidate should be less than 25 years as on 1st July 2023. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates will get a relaxation of 5 years in the age limit.

Educational qualification

• The candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• Those candidates who are going to appear for the 10+2 exam in the month of March/ April/ May 2023 can also apply.

VITUEEE 2023 Application Form

The facility to apply for the VITEEE 2023 will be available in both online and offline mode. Details regarding both online and offline modes of application are as follows.

Online Application Form

• To access the application form in online mode, candidates need to visit the official website i.e. www.veltech.edu.in.
• After accessing the application form, aspirants have to fill all the necessary educational, personal, and contact details.
• It is also mandatory for the applicants to upload their photograph and signature in the application form.
• Once candidates are done with entering all the details, they need to pay the application fee.
• It is also recommended to take a printout of the application form after submitting the same for future requirements.

Offline Application Form

• Those candidates who want to apply in offline mode can purchase the application form from the regional offices of Vel Tech.
• After getting the application form, the candidates have to fill all the details very carefully.
• Make sure the handwriting in the application form is correct and easily understandable.
• Candidates are also required to paste their photograph at the designated space in the application form.
• The duly filled application form must reach the following address before the last date.

Application Fee

• The VTUEE Application Fee 2023 for all the candidates is Rs. 950/-
• While filling the application form online, candidates can pay the fee using a credit card, debit card or net bank.
• Those who are applying offline can pay the fees by cash when purchasing the form.
• Instead of cash, aspirant may also purchase the form by giving a demand draft of Rs. 950/-.

 VTUEEE 2023 Admit Card

• The institute will send the admit card by post to all the candidates about two weeks before the examination.
• Apart from this, admit cards will also be uploaded on the official website.
• Candidates will be able to download the admit card by entering their application number and password generated during registration.
• The details of the examination center, date of the exam will be communicated to the candidates through the admit card.

• Mode of examination: Both Online (Computer-based test) and offline (Pen and paper based test)

• Duration of exam: 3 hours
• Marking scheme: Each question will carry 4 marks
• Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer

Questions – 1: I am going to apply in online mode. Will I receive the admit card by post?

Answer: Yes, the institute will send the admit cards by post to all the candidates.

Questions – 2: I have some discrepancies with the admit card. What should I do?

Answer: You need to contact the institute at least 15 days before the exam.

Questions – 3: I made a mistake while submitting the application form. Is the institute going to provide any correction window?

Answer: No, the correction window will not be provided. That’s why it is advised to fill the application form correctly.

VTUEEE 2023 Result

• After organizing the exam, the institute will declare the result through its official website.
• Email intimating the rank of the candidates will be sent to all the applicants.
• The VTUEEE 2023 merit list will be prepared based on the total marks secured by the candidate in the examination.
• The request for re-evaluation or re-checking will not be entertained.

VTUEEE 2023 Counselling

• Applicants successful in the VTUEEE 2023 exam will be shortlisted for counselling.
• In counselling, the candidates will get the chance to choose the branch of engineering they want to study.
