VTUEEE Application Form 2023: Key Dates, How to Apply

VTUEEE Application form 2023 will be released by the Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R & D Institute of Science and Technology in order to grant admission to its various B.Tech courses. The mode of application will be both online and offline. It is being notified that VTUEEE 2023 application form has been released now.

Key Dates for VTUEEE Application Form

There will be different Application forms for Phase 1 and Phase 2. A candidate who wants to avail the benefits of last year’s fee structure has to submit the Phase 1 application form. Vel Tech University fee structure for 2022 will be applicable for Phase 2 applicants.

How to apply?

VTUEEE Application form will be made available in both online and offline mode. Candidates can choose any of the application modes as per their convenience.

Online Application

• The online application form will be issued on the official website of the institute i.e. veltech.edu.in. A direct link to the application form will also be available on this page.
• First of all, eligible and interested candidates have to register themselves by providing some basic personal details and a valid email id.
• A unique application number, password and link to application form will be mailed to the candidates on their registered email id.
• After entering the details in the application form, the candidates have to upload the scanned copy of a recent colored passport size photo and signature.
• The size of uploaded images should be less than 100 KB.
• Finally, pay the application fee online and take a printout of duly filled application form for future reference.

Note: Applicant must make sure that the registered email id should remain active till the admission process gets over. All the communication regarding admission will be done through the registered email id.

Offline Application

• In order apply offline; the candidate has to send a requisition letter with full address to the institute.
• Along with the requisition letter, the applicant will require to send a Demand Draft for Rs.950/-
• The offline VTUEEE application form will also be available on the regional offices of Vel Tech University on cash payment.

VTUEEE Application Fee

The application fee for VTUEEE Application form will be Rs. 950 for all the candidates.

Note: The application fee once submitted will not be refunded back, candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria carefully before applying.

Mode of Payment

For Online Application

• The application fee for online application can be submitted through online payment gateways such as credit card, debit card or net banking.
• The institute will also provide the facility to pay the application fee by Paytm wallet as well.

For offline Application

• The demand draft of offline application will be submitted along with the application form. The required DD should be drawn in favor of Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr.Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology”, payable at Chennai to The Director – UG Admission, 400 feet outer ring Avadi, Chennai.
• In case the candidate purchases the application form from any regional office of the institute then the application fee will be paid by cash.
