VTUEEE Eligibility Criteria 2023: Educational Qualification, Age Criteria

VTUEEE Eligibility Criteria 2023: Check required academic qualification, age restriction, nationality etc. for appearing in VTUEEE before applying for the exam. Please keep in mind for admission to B.Tech programme offered at Veltech University your eligibility must meet all terms & conditions as notified by the University.

Candidates who are failed to meet with required eligibility criteria they can’t apply for the exam. If any ineligible candidate has applied for the exam, then candidature of that particular candidate will be cancelled at any point of time.

VTUEEE Eligibility Criteria 2023

Nationality Birth

Resident/ Non-Resident Indian nationals are permitted to apply for admission to graduate level engineering programme at Vel Tech University. Foreign category candidates do not need to appear in Vel Tech entrance test.

Age Restriction

  • For appearing in VTUEEE, candidates’ age must be less than 25 years as on July 1, 2023.
  • For candidates who are belonging to SC/ST/PC category will be given relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit.
  • Maximum age relaxation of six months can be given to candidates in special cases.
  • Your date of birth which is mentioned in the Secondary Education Board/University will be only assumed as authentic.

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must be class 12th or its equivalent exam passed for appearing in VTUEEE.
  • Candidates, appearing in final year exam of 10+2 or its equivalent exam either in the month of April/May 2023, are also allowed to apply.
  • Candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Sikkim and Tripura are required to produce nativity certificate at the time of admission.

List of Valid Qualifying Exam

Candidates who have passed or appearing in one of following exams are permitted to apply:

  • Higher secondary exam or 10+2 from any state board/CBSE/NIOS/ISCE, New Delhi;
  • Two-year pre-university exam or Intermediate from any recognized University/Board;
  • High school certificate exam organized by the Cambridge University or its equivalent.
