- M.Tech programme is being offered in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biotechnology, Material Sciences & Technology, Environmental Science & Engineering.
Candidates having genuine GATE score are exempted from appearing in the exam. But it is necessary for them to apply for admission. Candidates must have qualifying marks in either GATE exam or SAAT M.Tech for admission. Admission will be given to candidates based on their merit in the test.
