SAAT MTech Counselling 2021

SAAT M.Tech Counselling 2021: The counselling process for SOA University M.Tech admission 2021 is expected to be commenced from June 2021. All qualified candidates will be informed regarding counselling schedule. GATE qualified candidates will be also intimated regarding counselling schedule.

The counselling process will be organized at Bansuri Guru Auditorium, ITER Campus, Jagamohan Nagar, Jagamara, Bhubaneswar-751030.

Important Highlights

• The counselling procedure for SAAT M.Tech will be organized at University campus according to the prescribed schedule.
• Candidates need to attend the counselling process based on their merit in the exam.
• Expected month of starting counselling process is June 2021.
• All qualified candidates have to attend the counselling process in person.
• They must attend the document verification session along with their original documents on the notified date.
• Candidates, who failed to attend the counselling, will not be considered for admission.
• Candidates have to make payment of application fee amounting Rs 1,30,000/- through demand draft in favour of “Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University”, payable at Bhubaneswar.
• In case of vacant reserved category seats, the same will be converted into General category seats.

List of Obligatory Documents

• Admit card and rank card;
• Certificate in the prescribed format obtained from HOD of last college attended;
• Birth certificate;
• Photo identity proof;
• Class X and XII certificate;
• Migration Certificate;
• School Leaving certificate;
• Graduation degree certificate;
• Caste certificate, in case applicable;
• Five recently taken color photographs;
• Two sets of attested copies of aforesaid documents;
• Demand draft of Rs 1, 30,000/- obtained from any nationalized bank in favour of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, payable at Bhubaneswar;
• Additional Fee: Hostel fee (Rs 44,000/- p.a. & Transportation fee (Rs 15,000/- p.a. valid for day scholars only);
