NMAT Cutoff: After the official announcement of NMAT Results, the cutoff of NMAT will be declared by GMAC. Candidates would be shortlisted for admission in MBA postgraduate courses through their NMAT by GMAC Cutoff. Those who score marks more than or equal to NMAT cutoff would be invited to appear in the further round of selection process i.e. Case/Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). NMAT by GMAC Cutoff
Candidates who are able to cross the final combined score cutoff would be provided seats in various MBA programme offered at NMIMS campuses and 18 other B-schools in India. The colleges/institutes that are participating with NMAT will individually publish the NMAT Cutoff and it will be available on the official website of these respective Institutes.
NMAT Cutoff will also be provided in the call letter that the candidates will collect for participating in the further rounds of selection process. Basically, the cutoff is set to choose the best candidates among the others for admission against limited seats available in colleges.
Various factors will be considered while deciding the NMAT Cutoff. Some of these factors are listed below:
- Number of applications expected by the candidates
- No of management seats available for distributing admission
- NMAT scores
- Reservation criteria followed by the Institutions
Expected NMAT by GMAC Cutoff
For different categories, the cutoff score will be varied and there will be small differences as compared to last year cutoffs. The previous year, the overall NMAT Cutoff was around 208 marks. It is expected that the NMAT Cutoff for this year will be on the similar lines. The expected sectional and overall NMAT cutoff will be as follow:
