MBA (Master of Business Administration) is one among the most popular courses of Management that deals with all the ethics of business and business management.  Originally, MBA was started in the United States in the 20th century when the companies in the United States required a person who has a scientific approach to management. MBA course comprises with the subjects such as finance, accounting, Marketing, human resource and business operations.

MBA is dual degree course and the admissions in MBA are offered by many institutes on the basis of entrance exam score. Types of MBA

On the basis of course and duration, the MBA is classified as three, such as Regular MBA program, Part-time MBA, and Distance MBA.

Regular MBA program: As Name Implies, regular MBA program is a full-time course. The course duration of Regular MBA Program is 2 years.  Around 70% of MBA institutes in India are offering admissions on the basis entrance exam that conducted either by any national bodies or by the university itself.

Part-time MBA The part-time MBA program is good for working professionals or for those who aren’t able to sit for a full-time course. The duration of part-time MBA course is 3 years, which consist of 2-3 hrs classes on week days. The fee for attending a part-time MBA course is half or less than the fee for a full-time MBA course.

Distance MBA Course:  Learning MBA without attending college regular studies is called distance MBA. Those who are enrolling in distance MBA Course learning are learning classes either through online or by studying books.

There are many MBA entrance exams conducted In India: most of the universities in India are offering admissions to the MBA candidates are on the basis of CAT exam, while few other institutes in India are offering MBA admissions on the basis of entrance exam conducted by the Institute itself.
