All India Management Association (AIMA) is responsible for conducting Management Aptitude Test (MAT) for admission to MBA & PGDM courses. It is a national-level entrance test held in multiple sessions in four phases – February, May, September, and December.
Interested and eligible applicants should apply for the exam online on or before the due dates. Candidates can fill out the MAT application form by visiting the official website of AIMA. Selected candidates will be eligible for admission to over 800 Business schools accepting MAT score.

MAT Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants should be well known with MAT 2024 eligibility criteria and must satisfy all the required eligibility norms before applying for the exam.
Age limit
There will be no age limit to appear in the MAT Exam.
Educational Qualification
Applicants who have completed graduation in any stream or equivalent from a recognized university/institute will be eligible to apply.
Candidates pursuing the final year of graduation can also apply for the exam.
MAT Application Form 2024
Candidates will have to apply for MAT Exam 2024 online mode only. The MAT registration process will be same for all the three-examination modes i.e., CBT, PBT, and IBT.
Candidates will have to complete the registration process by giving some details like name, contact number, email id, test mode, and password etc.
Candidates should give their preference for the test mode, test cities, and B-schools correctly in the form. Thereafter, candidates will have to pay the mandatory application fee for net banking, debit/credit card, or e-wallet.
Candidates should fill out the MAT Application form with accurate details. They have to upload scanned images of passport-size photographs and signatures.
Verify the details carefully before final submission. After submitting the form, the candidate should take the printout of the registration form for future use.

MAT Admit Card 2024
AIMA, the conducting body will release the MAT admit cards on its official website. Candidates who will register successfully for the exam can download their admit card online by giving the registration number and date of birth on the login page.
The MAT Hall ticket contains information like the applicant’s name & roll number, exam date & time and name of the exam centre.
MAT Cut-off 2024
MAT 2024 Cut-off will be released on the official website of various MAT participating institutes. MAT cut-off marks are the minimum required score for participating in MAT counselling process.
MAT cut-off will be decided after considering various factors such as availability of seats, number of test takers, difficulty level of MAT, previous cut-off trends etc.
MAT Result and Scorecard
MAT 2024 Results for all three modes will be announced on the same day at the official website of AIMA. Candidates can download the MAT Scorecard by using their login credentials.
To download the result, the candidate should open the official website of MAT and click on “MAT Result” button. Thereafter, click on the exam month and enter your registration number and roll number in the given fields. After submitting these details, MAT scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
MAT Counselling
The process of MAT counselling will be organized by the MAT participating institutes only. The counselling will begin after the announcement of the MAT result. At the time of counselling, candidate should bring their documents along with them for the verification process. Allotment of seats will be based on the availability of seats in colleges, MAT score, and category etc.

CAT is comparatively more difficult than MAT.
