IPU B.Ed. Application Form 2021

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will release the IPU B.Ed. Application Form 2021. Those candidates who want to apply need to fill and submit the application form online. It is expected that the application form will release in the month of March 2021. All the candidates must make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria before submitting the application form. Apart from the application form, aspirants also need to pay the required application fee. Things to have before applying

Aspirants must ensure that they have the following things in order to apply.

Get B.Ed,Exam Updates through e-mail, by entering your details below.
  • Valid E-Mail ID & Mobile Number.
  • Scanned copy of the recent passport size colour photograph in JPG/JPEG format only (not older than 3 weeks and size 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) should be under 10kb – 100 KB. Candidate should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this admission process.
  • Scanned image of signature in JPG/JPEG format only (with black or blue ink only) should be under 10kb – 100 KB.
  • Candidate’s educational qualifications as per eligibility criteria (from 10th/Matriculation onwards) with percentage of marks obtained (please calculate percentage from CGPA / OGPA in advance as per university conversion formula).
  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) & Category Certificate (EWS) in a prescribed format.
  • Disability Certificate – applicable in case of Persons with Benchmarked Disability (PWD).
  • Details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking for making payment through online mode (If applicable).

How to apply?

Given below are the steps by which a candidate can fill and submit the application form easily.

1st Step – Signing Up

  • First of all, the candidates have to visit the official website and click on the link to the application form.
  • Next, the aspirants need to click on the “I agree” button in order to agree to the terms and conditions
  • Then, candidates are required to fill the following details.
    • Course Applied
    • Category
    • Name of the candidate
    • Mobile Number
    • Email Address
  • Click on the “Submit” button once you are done with entering the details.
  • After clicking on the submit button, aspirants will receive Application Sequence No (User ID) & Password on their registered E-mail ID during Signing.
  • Next, candidates have to click on the “Log out” tab and move on to the next step.

2nd Step –  Filling-up of Personal Details, Eligibility Details, Qualification Details, and Upload Photo, Signature & Submit

  • After that, candidates have to sign-in once again and click on the “Go to application” button.
  • Next, aspirants need to fill up the following details.
    • Eligibility Details: Gender, Category, Date of birth, Are you physically handicapped, Are you eligible for army quota, Are you a dependent of defence background, region/ state from where last qualifying exam passed, Are you originally domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
    • Personal Details: Candidate’s full name, father’s name, Mother’s name, Martial status, Nationality, Religion.
    • Contact Details: Mobile Number, Email ID
    • Present Address Details: Address, state, city, district, pin code.
    • Permanent Address: Address, state, city, district, pin code.
    • Qualification details: Matriculation (10th) details, Intermediate (12th Details), Graduation, Essential Qualification details.
  •  After entering the details, candidates have to upload the images of their photograph and signature.
  • Instructions for uploading the photograph
    • The photograph should be recent.
    • Candidates must be looking at the camera with a relaxed face.
    • The format must be jpg/ jpeg and the size must be 10KB to 100KB.
  • Instructions for uploading the signature
    • The signature of the applicant should be on white paper with black ink.
    • The format of the image must be jpg/ jpeg and the size must be 10KB to 100KB.
  • Once the images are uploaded, candidates must click on the “Pre-view” button to check if the entered details are correct.
  • In case all the details are correct, aspirants may submit the application form.

3rd Step – Application Fee Payment

  • After the submission of application form, candidates will be redirected to the application fee payment.
  • To pay the application fee, aspirants need to click on the “Make Online Payment” button.
  • The fee should be paid using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Question – 1: I filled the registration form twice by mistake. What will happen now?

Answer: In case of multiple registrations, the one with the highest registration number will be considered as a final application and the last registration data for the course will be retained and the other registration will automatically cancelled.

Question- 2: Is it possible to pay the application fee by cash or cheque?

Answer: No, the application fee will be accepted in online mode only.

Question – 3: Do I need to send the hardcopy of the application form submitted online to the university by post?

Answer: No, there is no need to send the hardcopy of the application form submitted online.
