GEEE 2023: Application form, Exam Date, Eligibility criteria, Exam Pattern

Galgotias Engineering Entrance Exam 2023 or GEEE 2023 will be conducted by the Galgotias University. The aim of this exam is to select the candidates for B.Tech admissions at Galgotias University. Those candidates who are interested to apply for this exam need to fill and submit an online application form before the last date. The exam will be conducted in online mode and the candidates will be asked to answer 90 questions in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Aspirants are recommended to go through the eligibility criteria very carefully before filling and submitting the online application form.

GEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Those candidates who are looking to apply for the GEEE 2023 examination must go through the eligibility criteria given below.

• The aspirant should have passed the 12th class or equivalent exam with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry subjects from a recognized board.
• Those who will appear for the class 12th examination in the year 2023 can also apply.

GEEE 2023 Application Form

The application form for GEEE 2023 examination will be available in online mode only through the official website of the Galgotias University. The complete application process is explained in the points given below.

• To access the application form, candidates need to visit the official website of Galgotias University i.e. www.galgotiasuniversity.edu.in.
• On the official website, aspirants have to find the link to the application form and register themselves.
• Aspirants must have a valid email ID or phone number in order to register.
• Once registered, applicants have to provide all the required details in the main application form.
• It is also important for candidates to upload the scanned images of their passport size photograph on the application form.
• Next, the candidates are required to pay the necessary application fee.
• Once the application form and fee are submitted, the candidate must take a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future references.

Application Fee

• The GEEE 2023 application fee is the same for all candidates i.e. Rs. 500/-
• Candidates can pay the application fee online using any of the following methods i.e. Debit Card/ Credit card/ Net Banking/ Paytm Wallet.

GEEE 2023 Admit Card

• Authorities will share the link to download admit cards after the application form submission.
• Those who will submit the application form before the last date will be able to download the admit card by entering his/ her date of birth and application number.
• An admit card is a very important document that will contain information about the date, timing, and venue of the examination.
• Galgotias University will also inform the candidates about the release of an admit card by an SMS and Email.
• It is compulsory for all the aspirants to carry their admit card at the examination center. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

Physics: Physics and Measurements, Relational Motion, Oscillation and waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Optics.

Chemistry: Atomic Structure, Chemical Equilibrium, Kinetics, Chemical Thermodynamics, Classification of Elements & Periodicity in Properties, Nomenclature and Basic Concept in Organic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry: Functional group, Hydrocarbons, Coordination Chemistry.

Mathematics: Complex Numbers and Quadratic equations, Limits, Continuity and Differentiability, Matrices and determinants, Integral & Differential Calculus, Vector algebra, Trigonometry.

GEEE 2023 Result

• After conducting the exam, the university will announce the result in online mode via official website.
• To download the admit card, candidates have to provide their application number/ Email ID along with the password.
• Generally, authorities will release the result within 7 days of the exam date.
• As per the marks obtained by candidates in the exam, authorities will release the merit list of candidates shortlisted for admission.

GEEE 2023 Counselling

• Aspirants who will clear the GEEE 2023 will be invited to the counselling process to be organized by the university.
• During the counselling process, aspirants will be able to choose the specification of engineering that they want to study.
• The seat allotment will be based on the candidate’s performance in the GEEE examination.
• Applicants also need to carry their original document while reporting for the counselling for verification purposes.
