GUEE Application Form: Important Dates, How to Apply

Galgotias University will release GUEE application very soon in online mode. The candidates seeking admission in the engineering courses offered by this university can submit their application before the last date. The application form will only be filled and submitted in the online mode. The candidates, however, must ensure their eligibility criteria before they proceed with the application form. This article provides important details that will help with the process of GUEE application form submission.

How to Apply?

The following are the simple steps following which the candidates will be able to fill their application form with great ease.

The application form for GUEE will be available on the university’s official website galgotiasuniversity.edu.in. The candidates will have to register themselves using a valid email id and mobile number. Important information related to exam and admission may be sent on the registered mail id and contact number. The registered id and number will not be changed under any circumstances.

The candidate will have to select the program they are applying for (B.Tech in this case) and provide their 3 stream preference. The candidates will then have to provide the personal and educational details in the application form.

Personal details to be entered include Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Aadhaar number (not mandatory), Contact Information, Email-ID, Parent’s/Guardian’s Information, Address, etc.

Educational detail include information of their class 10^th and 12^th like school name, stream, board name, roll number, marks, etc. the candidate will also have to provide the details of the other entrance exam (if any).

The candidate needs to select 3 test center choices out of the available options.

The next step will be uploading of recent colored passport-size photograph and signature of the candidates. The file format should be JPEG/JPG and maximum file size should be 80 kb (for both photograph and signature).

The next and last step will be the submission of application fee which will also be done in online mode via Credit Card/Debit Card/Paytm Wallet/Net banking. An application fee of Rs 650/- will be applicable.

After successful submission of fee, a registration slip will be generated. The candidate must take a printout of this registration slip as it may be required for future correspondence.

All the details filled in the form must be error-free, i.e. no spelling mistake or false information must be entered. An incomplete or incorrect form is liable for cancellation.
