Admission to B.tech programme is done through the JEE (Mains) test, and ranks are based on 60% of the marks obtained in the test, and 40% in the 10+2 Board exams. 50% of the seats are reserved for students having domicile of Karnataka and the remaining 50% seat has been made available for candidates from other states.
Students are admitted to the Postgraduate program through the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) organized by the Indian Institutes of Technology and the Indian Institute of Science.
Admission to Master of Computer Application (MCA) course for graduate students will be done through NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) scores.
Admission is based on the valid Rank and Scores obtained in the CAT/GMAT Group discussion and Personal Interview.
