CG PPT Counselling 2021 Candidates, who have achieved qualifying marks in Chhattisgarh Pre-Polytechnic Test (CG PPT), they need to appear for counselling session which is possible to be held in the month of June 2021. The test is organized for aspirants interested to find admission in polytechnic programmes offered by the private and government colleges of the state. CG PPT Counselling Procedure 2021

CG PPT counselling session for the year 2021 is expecting to be conducted in three rounds. Steps involved in the counselling session are described below:

• Online Registration and Choice Filling Procedure: Candidates need to make a successful registration for appearing in the counselling session. For registration, candidates would be asked to furnish some basic information. Thereafter, they need to fill the options of colleges & courses.
• Document Verification: The next step is document verification, where candidates will be asked to verify their documents. This is an important step where eligibility of a candidate would be verified. Candidates, who are found ineligible, their candidature will be cancelled at the same time.
• Seat Allotment: Seats will be allotted to candidates according to their ranks secured in the exam.
• Reporting at the Allotted Institution: Thereafter, candidates will have report at their allotted institute to complete other admission formalities. Vacancy details will be published after each round of counselling.

Document Verification Procedure

Following documents will be verified during certificate verification procedure:

• Mark sheet of class 10^th and 12^th.
• Class 10^th and 12^th passing certificate;
• CG PPT admit card 2021;
• CG PPT rank card;
• Domicile certificate;
• Category certificate duly signed by the related authority;
• Passport size photographs;
