CG PPT Application Form 2022: Application Fee, How to Apply?

The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur will release the application form for polytechnic examination, CG Pre-Polytechnic Test (CG PPT) 2022. The eligible and interested candidates can fill this application form and appear in the entrance test. The application form has been released now. Only those who submit their complete application form will be able to download the admit card. Steps to fill CG PPT Application Form 2022

The link for the application form will be available on the official website and for candidate’s convenience, we will also provide the link for the same on this page. Firstly, the candidates will have to select the district of Chhattisgarh that they belong to. After this, the candidates can proceed with filling the application form, providing all the details asked only in English.

The following are the basic information that the candidates will have to provide in the first part of the application form:

• Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, and Mother’s Name
• Date of Birth and Roll Number of Class 10
• Gender
• Category
• Class
• Physically
• Handicapped
• Fee
• Height (in cms)
• Weight (in kgs)
• Religion
• Do you belong to BPL family or not?
• Two Identification Marks
• Are you J&K Migrant?

The candidate will also have to upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the first section only. The steps to upload the documents are as follows:

• Click on the ‘Download Image Format ‘link present on the application form only.
• Take the printout of the page that appears.
• In this page, paste a photograph of 3.5 x 4.5 cm, provide your signature, write your name and apply your thumb impression (all in the specified boxes only).
• Scan this page with size between 40-50 kb and upload it in the form.

The second part of the form will ask for candidates’ contact information and will have the following fields:

• Address: House No., Street Name, City/ Village, Post Office, State, District, Pincode, Region
• Mobile
• Email

The choice of exam district will also be asked form the candidate in the next section.

The next step will be agreeing to the declaration, entering the code provided in the box and finally submitting the details. After submission, a windowliytutj will appear in which you can click on edit or continue. By clicking on edit, you can go back and edit your form. By clicking on continue, final submission will occur. Once the application form is submitted, no changes will be possible.
