CG PPHT 2021: The Chhattisgarh Professional Board of Examination (CGPEB) will invite applications from eligible candidates for admission to Pharmacy courses. Candidates who want admission to Pharmacy course in the state can apply for Chhattisgarh Pre Pharmacy Test (CG PPHT) 2021 entrance exam.

CG PPHT 2021 Eligibility criteria
Candidates need to fulfill below eligibility criteria in order to appear in CG PPHT entrance test.
Educational qualification criteria
Interested candidates should have done 10+2 or equivalent qualification with minimum 45% from any recognized board or university.
Age limit
The applicant should have age be between 18 to 28 years as on first January of admission year.
CG PPHT 2021 Application form: How to fill
- Aspirant can apply for the entrance exam by visiting the official website of Chhattisgarh Vyavasayik Pareeksha Mandal i.e. cgvyapam.choice.gov.in
- Then, click the CG Vyapam PPHT application form 2021 (available after the release of official notification)
- Click on apply online and fill the application form with required details.
- Candidates have to upload their scanned photo and signature.
- After fill in the form, choose the application payment mode for the submission of application fee.
- Now, take a print of duly filled in application form for future use.
Admit card
Candidate can download the admit card after the release on official website cgvyapam.choice.gov.in
Steps to download admit card
- Go through official website link i.e. www.cgvyapam.choice.gov.in
- Click on student section available on this page
- Here you need to enter your roll number
- Enter your date of birth and click on submit option
- Now, download admit card 2021.
Exam pattern
The exam will comprise of 150 objective and multiple type questions of 150 marks. The question paper is divided into three parts i.e. physics, chemistry and mathematics and each section will consist 50 questions.
Result
CGVyapam will be announced the result via online. Candidates who have appeared in the CG PPHT entrance exam 2021 can their marks and rank by visiting the official website link (after the official release of result). In order to check result, applicants have to enter their roll number of CG PPHT.
Selection Process
The admission of candidate will be done on the basis of number of vacant seats, decision of Counselling, or also depend upon the score obtained in the written exam.
Counselling:
Seat allotment and verification of documents will be done in the process of counseling. Candidates those who did not get the seat in the first round of counseling can appear for CG PPHT 2nd Round of counseling.
