AYUSH NET 2022: Application Form, Eligibility, Exam Date

Candidates interested in appearing for the AYUSH NET 2022are invited to submit their applications through online mode. Selected candidates will be eligible for receiving PhD Fellowships-Senior Research Fellowships in the field of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (abbr. as AYUSH). The application form is expected to be released in the month of September 2022 and the eligibility test to be held in November 2022. AYUSH NET 2022 Main Highlights

• The candidates must take care to provide only the correct details in the application form or else their application might get rejected.
• Candidates appearing in final PG exams should have PG degree by 31^st December 2022.
• If there is any discrepancy or difficulty in downloading the admit card, it may be immediately brought to the notice through help desk.
• Since the result is to be announced as per the final answer key, no request for re-checking will be entertained.

AYUSH NET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria should be fulfilled by the candidates appearing for AYUSH NET 2022:

• For Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy, a postgraduate (MD/ MS) degree is required.
• Postgraduate (MD (Y/ N)) or graduation (BNYS) with 5 years experience is required for Yoga & Naturopathy.

AYUSH NET 2022 Application Form

The application form for AYUSH NET 2022 exam will be made available in online mode. Interested candidates will be able to fill and submit their application form by visiting the official website ayush.gov.in. A valid email id and a mobile number is must to complete the application process.

• The candidates will first have to fill a registration form providing their basic and like name, email address, phone number, etc.
• A login id and password will be sent to the registered email address and phone number using which the candidates can fill rest details in the application form.
• Scanned copies of candidates’ photograph, signature and other relevant certificates should also be uploaded in the application form.
• Once all the details are entered into the application form, the candidates can submit it online.
• Along with the form, the candidates are also required to submit the prescribed amount of application fee.
• The candidates are advised to keep a hard copy of the dully filled application form in case of future reference.

Application fee

• Payment of application fee can be 24 hours after the submission of application form.
• Application fee payment can be done through SB Collect of State Bank of India using credit card, debit card or net banking.

AYUSH NET 2022 Exam Pattern

The basic exam pattern for AYUSH NET 2022 is given below:

AYUSH NET 2022 Syllabus

The overview of AYUSH NET 2022 syllabus for different papers is provided below.

• General Science: The general science syllabus will cover the topics from all science subjects namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology) as per NCERT syllabus for class 12.
• Research Aptitude including Research Methodology: Research Methodology with emphasis on Clinical Research Conduct & Monitoring, Good Clinical Practices, Protocol Development, Bioethics, Biostatistics, etc
• Ayurveda: Topics from all the subjects of under graduation level (BAMS) as per the CCIM curriculum
• Siddha: Topics from all the subjects of under graduation level (BSMS) as per CCIM curriculum
• Unani: Topics from all the subjects of under graduation level (BUMS) as per CCIM the curriculum
• Homoeopathy: Topics from all the subjects of under graduation level (BHMS) as per the CCH curriculum
• Yoga & Naturopathy: Yoga, Philosophy of Naturopathy, Chromo therapy, Magneto therapy, Manipulative Therapy, Nutrition, Fasting therapy and Dietetics, Hydrotherapy and Mud therapy

Admit Card

• The admit card for AYUSH NET will be released on the official website a few weeks before the exam.
• SMS/ email regarding the availability of the admit card will also be sent to the registered candidates.
• Candidates will be able to download their admit card using their user id and password generated during registration.
• A colored printout of the admit card should be taken to be carried to the examination center.
• The candidate must also carry a valid photo identity proof along with the admit card while reporting for the exam.

AYUSH NET 2022 Answer Key

• The answer key will be released on the official website a few days after the date of eligibility test.
• Candidates will be provided an opportunity to submit their objections in case of any discrepancy in the answer key.
• The objection management portal will be open for certain duration and the grievances can be submitted within the prescribed limit only.
• Authorities will address the grievances submitted and correction in the answer key will be made accordingly.
• Result of the exam will then be announced as per the final answer key.

Result & Fellowship

• AYUSH NET 2022 result will be declared online and the candidates can check it by visiting the official website.
• Rank-wise merit lists of the qualified candidates will also be prepared and published online.
• The merit list will consist of rank, roll number, application number, candidates’ name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, category, sub-category, total marks obtained and percentage of marks.
• Candidates who clear the exam successfully will be eligible for PhD Fellowship/ Senior Research Fellowship given they fulfill other requirements.
• The fellowship will be provided to pursue PhD in recognized universities/ institutes & the candidates during fellowship will be termed as Senior Research Fellows (SRFs).
• This scheme will also be open to SRFs under various research projects of the Research Councils for each individual AYUSH stream for a specified duration.
• Such SRFs will also be permitted to complete PhD while working with Council in their respective project, if enrolled.
