AMUEEE 2021: Application Form (Out), Syllabus, Exam Date, Eligibility Criteria

Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Exam 2021 (AMUEEE 2021) is an entrance exam to be conducted by Aligarh Muslim University to select the candidates for admission to engineering courses. The selected candidates will get admission to B.Tech, B.E (Evening) and B.Arch degree courses. The application form for AMUEEE 2021 will be available from 12th June 2021. In order to apply for the exam, the candidates have to fill and submit the application form in online mode only.

The candidates applying for B.Tech can also apply for B.Arch through the same application form by paying Rs. 100/- extra. The AMUEEE 2021 exam will be divided into two parts i.e. Part – 1 and Part – 2. The B.Tech aspirant needs to attempt Part 1 only. The candidates looking to apply for B.Arch need to attempt both Part 1 and Part 2.

AMU 2021 application form is now available from 12th June 2021.

AMUEEE 2021 Important Highlights.

• The exam will be conducted in offline (Pen and paper-based mode).
• The application form will be available only in online mode through the official website.
• Tech aspirant can apply for B.Arch using the same application form by paying Rs. 100/- extra.
• Part-1 of the AMUEEE exam is common for both B.Arch and B.Tech candidates. Part 2 will be attempted only by B.Arch candidates. There will be a separate exam for B.E (Evening) aspirants.
• The candidate looking for admission to B.E (Evening) course must have a diploma in engineering from a recognized university.
• The candidates should check the eligibility criteria carefully before submitting the application form.

AMUEEE Eligibility Criteria 2021

The eligibility criteria for AMUEEE 2021 will depend upon the course for which the candidate is looking to apply.

For B.Tech or B.Arch admission

• The applicant must have passed class 12^th or equivalent exam with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English subjects along with at least 50% aggregate marks in these subjects.
• The candidate having a diploma in engineering from a recognized university can also apply.
• Students who are going to appear for the qualifying exam in the year 2021 are also eligible.

For B.E. Admission

• The candidate must possess a diploma in engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

AMUEEE 2021 Application Form

• The application form of the AMUEEE 2021 exam will be released in online mode through the official website of Aligarh Muslim University.
• In order to access the application form, the candidates have to register themselves online by providing a functional email address.
• After registration, the candidates need to log in and fill details in the application.
• All the details should be entered correctly because the documents will be during the later stages of admission.
• Along with the details, the candidates also need to upload their photograph, signature and thumb impression on the application form.
• The candidates should keep at least 10 copies of the uploaded photograph for future requirements.
• There is no requirement to send the hard copy of application form to the university. However, the candidates should keep a hard copy of the submitted application form with them for future reference.

Application Fee

The application fee for a different course will be as follows:

• Tech: Rs. 650/-
• Arch: Rs. 750/-
• E. (Evening): Rs. 450/-

Mode of payment: The candidates need to submit the application form in online mode using a credit card, debit card or net banking.

AMUEEE 2021 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern of AMUEEE 2021 depends upon the course for which the candidate is applying.

For B.Tech

The B.Tech applicants have to attempt only Paper 1. The exam pattern for Paper 1 will be as follows:

• Mode of Exam: Offline (OMR sheet based exam)
• Duration of Exam: 3 hours
• Number of Questions: 150
• Type of Questions: Objective Type MCQ
• Subjects: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
• Marking Pattern: Each Question will carry 1 mark. 1/4^th mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

For B.Arch

The B.Arch applicants have to attempt both Paper 1 and Paper 2. The exam pattern of paper 2 will be as follows:

• Mode of exam: offline
• Type of Questions: Descriptive type questions and drawing test.
• Duration of Exam: 3 hours
• The candidate has to score at least 40% marks to be eligible for admission.

For B.E (Evening)

A separate offline exam will be conducted for B.E (Evening) admission. The distribution of Questions and marks in this exam will be as follows:

Syllabus

The important topics from each subject for AMUEEE 2021 exam will be as follows:

 Physics: Physical World and Measurement, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Motion of System of Particles and Rigid Body, Gravitation, Properties of Bulk Matter, Oscillations and Waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Currents, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation etc.

Mathematics: Sets and Functions, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Calculus, Mathematical Reasoning, Relations and Functions, Vectors and Three Dimensional Geometry, Probability Etc.

Chemistry: Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry, Structure of Atom, Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, States of Matter : Gases and Liquids, Equilibrium, Hydrogen, Some p-Block Elements, s-Block Elements (Alkali and Alkaline earth metals), Hydrocarbons, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, General Principles and Processes of Isolation of Elements etc.

Architecture: Freehand sketching of activities, scenes observed by the candidates from rural and urban life, Creative Composition (Geometric or otherwise) depicting, Creative Design & presentation of commonly used day to day objects etc.

Admit Card

• The AMUEEE 2021 Admit card will be released online through the official website.
• Please note that the university will not send an admit card by email or post.
• After downloading the admit card, the candidates have to paste their recent passport size photograph at the prescribed space.
• No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exams without a valid admit card and photograph affixed on it.

AMUEEE Result 2021

• The link to check the AMUEEE 2021 will be made available on the official website.
• Along with the result, the merit list of the selected candidates will also be released.
• A separate merit list will be released for the candidates from different categories.
• Please note that the result will be available in PDF format containing roll number and rank of the candidates.

Counselling

• The successful candidates will be invited to take part in the counselling process.
• The counselling will be organized offline and the schedule of counselling will be made available on the official website.
• During the counselling process, the candidates have to get their documents verified and fulfill other admission formalities.
