1. For admission purpose, candidates must satisfy the following conditions:

• Candidates have to clear the qualifying examination in the related stream with no less than 50% (45% in case of candidates from SC/ST/SEBC category)
• They must qualify the GATE 2023 in the relevant discipline with the prescribed cutoff for engineering programme and GPAT 2023 for pharmacy admission.

2. Sponsored applicants should satisfy following eligibility conditions

• Must be passed the qualifying examination in the related discipline with minimum of 50% (45% for candidates from SC/ST/SEBC category) marks at the qualifying examination
• Qualified the GATE in the relevant stream with qualifying marks for engineering and GPAT for pharmacy.
• They must hold at least two years full time working experience in the industrial, academic, or research organization in the related stream in which the applicant is looking admission after completion of qualifying examination.

All candidates (GATE/GPAT qualified as well as non GATE/GPAT candidates) will have to fill and submit their application form online in order to become eligible for admission. At first, candidates have to purchase the PIN cover against the payment of Rs 1000/- (non-refundable) per subject in cash only from the selected branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank in between the time specified by the authority.

For online registration, applicants should have to visit the official website of conducting body at www.gujacpcadm.nic.in after the official announcement. It should be noted that, registration will not be allowed after the due date.

On the successful completion of online registration, it is must for all candidates to submit print-out of the application form and self-attested photocopies of the necessary documents at close by Help Centre and get confirmation slip cum hall ticket for PGCET 2019 on or before the due date.
