Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) annually invited candidates for admission in MBA programme offered by it. To apply for admission in MBA course, candidates must qualify the entrance exam conducted by the University. The application form for the common entrance test (CET) will be available in the month of July 2021. Candidates should ensure their eligibility status before proceeding for the application form filling form. YCMOU MBA 2021 Application form
To apply for the CET in order to get admission in MBA program, candidates need to register themselves for the exam by visiting the official website of the YCMOU i.e. ycmou.digitaluniversity.ac. Once the registration is done, candidates will receive a unique login id and password on the email and mobile number entered during registration. The application form will bear the details such as name of the candidate, father’s name, sex, religion, category, address of correspondence, academic details etc.
The details in the application form must be entered very carefully as once the form is submitted, no opportunity will be given to the applicants to edit the information in the form. Candidates need to keep their documents, scanned photograph and signature handy while filling the online form. After making the payment of the required application fee, applicants must collect the online receipt and submit the same to the study center for confirmation of admission.
Application fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 500/- towards the application fee for the entrance exam. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Mode of Payment: Candidates can pay the fee via online mode i.e. through debit card/credit card/net banking.

Eligibility criteria for YCMOU MBA 2021 admission
Candidates interested in pursuing MBA from YCMOU must fulfill the necessary eligibility conditions specified by the authority to participate in the entrance exam. Here are those conditions-
- Nationality: Indian Nationals can apply for the CET conducted by YCMOU for admission in MBA program.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Percentage Required: Candidates should have secured at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved category candidates) in their graduation.
- Mandatory: Applicants must qualify the common entrance test conducted for admission in MBA program.
Admit card
- The admit card for the entrance test can be download from the official website of the University.
- Candidates need to download their hall ticket by login into the website using their login ID and password.
- The admit card of YCMOU MBA 2021 entrance exam will be made available most probably a week before the commencement of the exam.
- The admit card should be printed out and kept safe till the admission process is over.
- Candidates should verify the details printed on the admit card such as exam venue, reporting time, name, category, roll number, exam date, so on and inform the authority of the discrepancies if any is found.
- Without the admit card, candidates won’t be allowed to appear in the exam. Applicants also need to carry a valid ID proof along with the hall ticket.
Result and Selection
Applicants can check their result by login into the official website using login id and password. Only those candidates will be selected for admission who have cleared the minimum cutoff marks laid down by the authority. A merit list of the qualified and not qualified candidates will also be published on the official website. Selected candidates will undergo the document verification phase where their original documents will be verified. After verification, candidates will get allotment letter in the college based on their merit rank.
