XIMB PhD Admission Notification 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Let’s take a look on basic eligibility criteria for admission to integrated PhD and PhD programs at XIMB, Bhubaneswar.

• Eligibility Criteria for PhD Program

Candidates should have Master’s degree of a recognized university in any discipline. They should have secured 55% marks or its equivalent in aggregate.

• Eligibility Criteria for Integrated PhD Program

Bachelor’s degree with 55% or its equivalent marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Candidates studying in final year but expecting the formalities will be done by June 2021 are also eligible to apply.

Application Form

Go through the process to apply for admission to integrated PhD and PhD programs in management and communication:

• In order to apply online candidates are first required to go to the official website.
• Now you need to create a unique XUB ID and password by furnishing the login details as specified.
• Thereafter, you need to login by using the same XUB ID and password. Provide all information as asked in the application form related to personal and academic and then upload your signature & photograph.
• Finally remit the application fee through the payment gateway.

For PhD programs: Rs. 1300/-

For integrated PhD programs: For first option: Rs. 1300/-; for second option:Rs. 500/- and for subsequent option Rs. 500/- each.

Selection Procedure

Selection procedure for PhD program:

Candidates will be first selected through their respective academic records and SOPs. Thereafter, they will have to appear for Xavier Research Aptitude Test (X-RAT), and Personal Interview. Candidates who have qualified the UGC-NET exam will be exempted from appearing in the X-RAT exam.

Selection Procedure for integrated PhD Program

Candidates will have to appear in one of entrance exams namely CAT, XAT, X-GMAT and GMAT. The final selection will be done through performance of candidates in CAT/XAT/X-GMAT/GMAT, personal interview & written ability test.
