• Candidates will have to make the submission of the application form if they are willing to pursue the post-graduation degree from the WBSU.
• The application form will be available online on the official website of the university.
• Candidates will have to pay the application fee as well before making the submission of the application form.
• The application fee will be Rs. 300 for the candidates of the general category and the candidates of the SC and ST category will pay Rs. 150.

Selection Procedure

• 60% seats in the university are reserved for the students of the university and university’s affiliated colleges.
• Rest 40% seats will be filled from the students of other institutes and universities.
• For the 40% seats, candidates will be selected on the basis of merit which will be based on the marks attained by the candidates in the entrance test.
• The entrance test will be conducted on the campus of the university and there will be different entrance tests for the different PG courses.
• The marks of the candidates attained in the entrance test and the marks attained in the graduation will be taken into consideration while making the merit.
• On the basis of the merit, candidates will be given admission for the PG courses.
