West Bengal ITI Admission 2023 application process has been commenced from the 1st March 2023. West Bengal State Council for Vocational Training (also referred to as WBSCVT) is the authority that manages the application and admission process. Age Limit

  • Minimum Age Limit – Applicants should attain at least 14 years of age as on 01.08.2023, i.e, born before 01.08.2008
  • Maximum Age Limit – There is no upper age limit.

Educational Qualification for Group M Candidates must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

West Bengal ITI Application Form 2023

The application form for West Bengal ITI Admission has been released in online mode only. The complete instructions of West Bengal ITI Application Process 2023 are as follows.

  • To start the process of application form submission, candidates need to visit the official website i.e. www.wbscvt.org.
  • Candidates must use their own mobile number for getting one time password during registration
  • The user Id and password will be generated for all candidates after registration. Please note that candidates should change the password on the first time for security reasons.
  • After registration, you will have to enter your academic, personal and contact details as shown below.
    • Personal Details – Name, Date of birth, Father’s Name, Category, etc.
    • Educational Details – Qualifying exam, Qualifying marks, Name of the school, Board of the school.
    • Contact Details – Phone number, email address, Permanent Address, Address of Correspondence.
  • Apart from the details, it is necessary for candidates to upload scan copy of their original mark-sheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination/class VIII examination, recent colour photo. Physically challenged candidates are to upload the scan copy of respective original certificates at the time of online form fill up.
  • After submitting the form, you need to pay the required application fee in online mode.
  • Finally, take a printout of the application form confirmation page and fee receipt for future requirements.

  • For Girls – Rs. 100/-

Mode of payment – Candidates can pay the application fee online using a credit card, debit card, internet banking, e-wallet, UPI, etc.

Selection Process

  • For Group M Courses – Authorities will release a merit list on the basis of marks secured by marks obtained by candidates in Madhyamik or equivalent board examination.
  • For Group E Courses – Authorities will prepare a merit list on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the class VIII examination.

Answer: Candidates need to produce All the original certificates and testimonials for entry qualification along with a set of self-attested copies, a copy of merit rank, and seat confirmation slip at the time of starting of physical classes.
