WBUT PGET Counselling 2023: The counselling process for WBUT PGET is possible to be held in the last week of July 2023 after releasing of its respective result. Candidates, who have obtained required qualifying marks in the exam, they have to attend the counselling session.

Set of Documents Required for Counselling

• Qualifying degree certificate and mark sheet;
• Valid GATE score;
• Class X Certificate;
• Admit card and rank card;
• Transfer and Migration certificate;
• Category certificate;

Important Highlights

• All qualified candidates have to attend the counselling process in person according to the deadline specified by the exam conducting authority.
• They will be called for counselling session according to their rank in the exam.
• Candidates can also send their authorized representative if they are unable to attend the counselling in person.
• Candidates are required to make payment of counselling fee amounting Rs.500/- in the form of demand draft. The draft should be drawn in favour of ‘MAKAUTWB-PGET’ payable at Kolkata.
• Candidates are required to produce necessary documents in original for verification purpose.
• Candidates will be allotted seats based on their merit in the exam.
