WBJEE JECA Application Form 2022: How to apply, Mode of Payment

WBJEE JECA Application Form 2022 has bee issued by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) on 25th January 2022. This exam will provide the admissions to MCA degree programme in the state of West Bengal. The candidates seeking admissions need to submit the application form online through the official website of the board i.e. www.wbjeeb.in. The authorities will not release any printed application form. There will be no requirement to send a filled application form or confirmation page to the WBJEEB office. Steps to Fill WBJEE JECA 2021 Application Form

• First of all, interested candidates have to register themselves by entering some common registration details such as Name, Father’s Name, Mothers Name, Email id, Phone no. and Date of Birth etc.
• The applicants will be asked to choose a password and security question for future logins.
• After entering basic personal details, candidates have to fill the communication details like complete address, state, district and Pin code.
• Candidates, please note that the Aadhaar number is not mandatory.
• Now enter the following academic details in the application form.
  • Details of Qualifying exam
  • Year of Passing
  • Name of Institute
  • Address of Institute
  • Pin code of Institute
  • Name of University to which the institute is registered with
  • The registration number of university
  • Year of registration
• Select the Examination zone as per your preference.
• The scanned image of latest passport size photograph and signature needs to be uploaded by the candidate in a prescribed format.

• After uploading the scanned images the applicants will be redirected to the application fee payment page. The application fee will be paid through online mode only.
• Finally, after the successful payment of application fee, the candidates have to download and print the “confirmation page”. The printout of the confirmation page should be kept very safe as it will not be regenerated during the later stage of the admission procedure.
• The correction or modification in the application form will not be allowed. However, the candidate can visit the board office with the original document before the last date in case of error but the final decision will be taken by the board only.

Precautions while uploading images in WBJEE JECA Application Form 2022

• The quality of scanned images should be good without any blur.
• The background of the scanned photograph should be light.
• Photographs with Dark sunglasses or tinted glass will not be allowed.
• The same copy of the uploaded photograph will be required at the examination center and counseling.

WBJEE JECA 2022 Application Fee

The amount of WBJEE JECA 2022 Application Fee will be Rs. 500/- (Bank charges will be additional).

Note: The application fee will be non-refundable the applicants should check the eligibility criteria before applying.

Mode of Payment

The application fee will be paid through online methods like Debit card, Credit Card and Net Banking. The status of application fee payment will be uploaded online. Candidates can check it immediately after making the transaction.

Applicants are advised to make the fee payment without waiting for the last date in order to avoid bank errors or EPG.
