The candidates who are interested to write the Uttarakhand Pre Medical Test must have to fill the application form first. The application form of UPMT 2021 can be collected either online of offline after paying a certain amount of fees that decide by the controller of the exams. To apply online, the candidates visit the official website of UPMT and to apply offline send a DD in favor of office of Controller of exams of UPMT, Here (below) we explained about the both ways to apply the Uttarakhand Pre Medical Test.
UPMT 2021 application procedure Online
- To apply Online visit the UPMT website i.e. http://www.hnbumu.ac.in/
- Then after fill the personal details like phone number, Email address , qualifyicatuin details in the form and then click ‘submit’
- Then Upload candidate’s photograph (Max Size 50 KB) and signature (max Size 30 KB) (Note: use any photo compressing software to reduce the size of Photo)
- Now remit the application fee online through Debit card/ Credit card/Demand Draft/e-challan (See application fee table below)
UPMT 2021 application procedure Offline
To get the application offline, take a DD or E-Challan. To pay the fees by Demand Draft– take a DD from any national bank branch in favor of H.N.B. Uttarakhand Medical Education University payable at Dehradun. To pay the fees by E-Challan – The payment entered in e- Challan can be done at any branch of Allahabad after printing the E- Challan generated after filling the UPMT application form.
After completing the payment by DD/E-Challan, the candidates have to take Print out of the confirmation page and send it along with the Documents to
