Uni Gauge 2023 application form will release in March 2023. It is an entrance exam for those candidates who are seeking admission to Under-Graduate Engineering courses at Participating Member Universities/ institutions of ERA Foundation for the academic year 2023-24. It is an online exam through which candidates can get admission to BE (Bachelor of Engineering) and B-Tech (Bachelor of Technology) courses.

Uni Gauge Eligibility Criteria 2023

The eligibility criteria for Uni Gauge 2023 are given below. It is important for aspirants to meet all these criteria in order to apply.

  • Aspirants must have passed Biology or Bio-Technology instead of chemistry for BE/B-Tech and Bio-Technology) or any other technical vocational courses as one of the optional subjects, with English as a compulsory subject.
  • Candidates should have scored at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST and OBC candidates) 10+2 Higher Secondary or equivalent examination recognized by State / Central Government with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics Subjects. Aspirants should have passed individually in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Diploma students can also apply for “Uni-GAUGE- E 2023” entrance exam for admissions into BE/B-Tech courses in Member participating Universities/Institutions
  • Those candidates who are going to appear for the qualifying exam in the year 2023 are also eligible.

Uni Gauge 2023 Application Form

Those candidates who want to apply need to fill and submit the application form before the last date. The step-by-step process of application form submission is given below.

  • To start the application form submission, you need to visit the official website i.e. unigauge.com.
  • On the official website, you will have to register by entering your name, email Id, mobile number, and unique ID Proof.
  • The ID proofs accepted are as follows – Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, PAN card, Other Government issued-ID proof (Aadhar Card/ E-Aadhar). You need to need to upload the scan copy of the ID proof.
  • Once registered, you may log in by entering the credentials generated during registration.
  • After logging in, you will have to upload the required documents (list is given below in the post) and choose the exam for which you are applying.
  • Then, in the main application form, you have to provide all the required academic, personal, and contact details.
  • All details mentioned on the application form should be correct. Otherwise, the same can get rejected.
  • At the time of entering details, you need to give your preference of the exam centre city.
  • Next, you will have to pay the required application fee after submitting the form.
  • Finally, take a printout of the application form submitted and fee receipt for future requirements.

Application Fee

  • The application fee is the same for all candidates i.e. Rs. 1500/-
  • Candidates can pay the fee online using a credit card, debit card, or internet banking.

Admit Card

  • Once the application form submission gets over, the university will upload admit cards.
  • To download admit card, candidates will have to enter their registration details.
  • The information about the date, time, and venue of examination will be mentioned on the admit card.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without an admit card.
  • It is also necessary to carry a photo ID proof along with the admit card during examination.
