ULSAT Eligibility Criteria 2021: Eligibility criteria majorly highlight minimum educational qualification and age requirement for appearing in ULSAT exam 2021. UPES Legal Studies Aptitude Test is conducted for aspirants who are seeking admission to various law programmes offered by the University. Through this post, I’m sharing here all possible details related to the minimum eligibility requirement for appearing in the entrance test.

ULSAT is expecting to be conducted by UPES in the month of May 2021. Candidates who are appearing in this exam are advised to ensure their eligibility by going through the information furnished over here.

Academic Criteria

  • Candidates aspiring to appear in ULSAT exam 2021 they must have cleared class 12th or senior secondary exam by following the 10+2 system from any recognized board of education.
  • They must have acquired minimum of 50% marks in class 12th.

Age Criteria

According to the age criteria for appearing in ULSAT, candidates should be born on or after October 1, 1997 in order to become eligible to appear in the test. The exam conducting authority will only consider class 10th mark sheet as a genuine document for verifying date of birth.

Programmes Wise Eligibility Conditions

Candidates, who are seeking admission to BA LLB (Hons.)/ BBA LLB (Hons.)/ B.Com, LLB (Hons) through ULSAT, they must check its related eligibility norms as mentioned below:

For BA LLB/B.Com LLB

Candidates should have obtained minimum 50% marks in class 10th and 12th from a recognized board of education.

For B.Tech Energy Technology + LL.B with interest in IPR

Candidates should have obtained minimum 50% marks in class 10th and 12th from a recognized board of education.

For B.Tech Energy Technology + LL.B with interest in Cyber Law

Candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics from the recognized education board.

Candidates, who appeared in the qualifying exam but awaiting for their result, are also permitted to apply for the test. Those having compartmental in any of class 10th or 12th exam are not considered for admission through ULSAT.
