Venue of Counselling
The counselling process is going to be held at University Auditorium, Thapar University, Patiala. All qualified candidates have to appear for counselling process without any fail.
List of Documents Required for Counselling
- Graduation certificate;
- GATE Score card, in case applicable;
- Character Certificate and Medical fitness certificate;
- Matriculation/Higher Secondary Certificate as proof of Date of Birth;
- Application Form;
- Migration and Income certificate;
- Reserved category certificate duly signed by the competent authority in the recommended format;
- Undertaking needs to be submitted by parents as well as students;
- If there is any discontinuity in studies then you should take Affidavit;

Important Instruction
