Online application

Step 1: Registration of candidate

  • Visit the official website of Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya www.kanchiuniv.ac.in and click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
  • New User Registration page will appear on the screen.
  • Enter your name, email address and mobile number, create a password and choose your course type and your course.
  • After providing these details, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • OTP will be sent to the registered email address and mobile number and after verification, registration will complete.

Step 2: Login to obtain the application form

  • After successful registration, the candidates need to login to enter their account and obtain the application form.
  • Using their email id, mobile number and password, the candidates will be able to login to their account.

Step 3: Fill the application form

  • In the application form, the candidates are required to provide basic personal details except for the one mentioned at the time of registration.
  • Such details will come auto-filled when you open the application form.
  • Academic details related especially to the qualifying exam like school/ college name, marks secured, year of passing, etc will also be asked in the application form.
  • Once all the details are provided accurately in the application form, the candidates can move towards the next step.

Step 4: Upload important documents

  • In the next step, the candidates will have to upload their photograph and signature in the application form.
  • Other documents, if required, should be uploaded in the application form as well.
  • All the documents must be uploaded in the application form in scanned format as per the specification mentioned in the form.

Step 5: Download application form

  • Once the documents are uploaded successfully, the process of application will be considered as complete.
  • The candidates are suggested to download the filled-in application form and take its printout.
  • This printout should be kept safe by the candidates in case of any future correspondence.

Offline application

  • Offline application form can be obtained from the University campus at Enathur.
  • The offline application should be filled by providing basic personal and academic details of the candidates.
  • Candidates should affix their photograph and put their signature at the appropriate places in the application form.
  • After providing all the details into the application form, it should be sent to the university either through registered post or by hand.
  • The application should be sent so as to reach the university campus before the prescribed last date.
