Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) is conducted by the Rajasthan Technical University to select the candidates for admission to BE, B.Tech and B.Arch degree program. Candidates will be offered enrolment into the institutes located in the state of Rajasthan only. Selection of the candidates is done on the basis of their merit in the qualifying exam and JEE Main exam. Application for will be released online tentatively in the month of may 2022. REAP 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria have been prescribed for participating in the REAP 2022 process:

For BE/ B.Tech degree course:

• The candidates need to clear their class 12th or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics subjects with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for reserved category candidates).
• Those with a diploma in engineering/ technology in the relevant discipline are eligible to apply too.
• A valid score in JEE Main Paper I is also required.

For B.Arch degree course:

• A pass in class 12th exam or diploma in any stream or International Baccalaureate degree with not less than 50% marks in aggregate is required.
• The candidates should also have a valid score in NATA or JEE Main Paper II.

REAP Application Form 2022

The REAP application form 2022 can be obtained from the official website of Rajasthan Technical University www.rtu.ac.in. Interested and eligible candidates can proceed with the online application submission from the month of May 2022 onwards.

• First step will be payment of application fee after which a transaction id will be generated.
• Using this transaction id as their login id, the candidates can obtain the application form.

• In the application form, the candidates need to provide their personal information like name, date of birth, gender, category, religion, address, etc.
• Academic details related to class 12th such as school name, board name, marks scored, passing year, etc will also be asked in the application form.
• Candidates are required to upload the scanned copies of their photograph and signature into the application form as well.
• After providing all the details correctly into the application form, the candidates can make online submission of the form.

Application fee:

• The application fee for REAP 2022 is expected to be Rs. 700/-.

• Application fee payment can be done online through net banking facility/ debit card/ credit card.

REAP 2022 Choice Filling

• Along with the application filling process, the process of option form filling will also commence.
• Candidates who fill their application form can obtain the option form and proceed with the filling of choice.
• Applicants need to provide their choice for college and course specialization in the order of preference in the option form.
• Once the choice filling is done, the candidates should lock their choices or else their choices might not be saved.
• The option form can be submitted online along with the application form.
• Once the forms are submitted successfully, the candidates are advised to take their printouts and keep them safe for future reference.

Preparation of Merit List

• Merit list of the candidates will be prepared on the basis of marks scored in the JEE Main exam.
• This choice provided by the candidates in the option form will be taken into consideration while preparing the merit list.
• First, a provisional merit list will be drawn and displayed on the official website of the university.
• Candidates should check the merit list carefully and any error if found in the list should be communicated at once to the authority.
• After making the appropriate changes in the provisional list, the authority will release the final merit list.

REAP Seat Allotment 2022

• As per their merit and choice provided in the option form, seats will be allotted to the candidates.
• Allotment letters will be made available on the official website after successful allotment of seats.
• Candidates should download the allotment letter and report to the allotted institute along with this letter and other documents.
• Kindly note that no allotment letter is sent by the means of post or courier and can only be downloaded only online.

REAP 2022 Admission Process

• The candidates who are allotted seats should report to the respective institute as per the given time schedule.
• Documents should be carried in original for verification. Only after verification of the documents final admissions will be granted to the candidates.
• Eligibility of the candidates will also be cross-checked and those found ineligible will be denied admission.
• Those who are granted final admission should then complete the remaining formalities and secure their seats.

REAP FAQs 2022

Can a candidate who is not domicile of Rajasthan apply for REAP 2022?

Yes. Candidates from outside Rajasthan state are also eligible to apply for REAP 2022 admission process.

Is there any way I can submit my application form offline?

No. The application form will only be available through online mode on the official website of the university.

What if I make any mistake while filling the option form?

The candidates can change their choices, add or delete choices, change their preference any number of times before it is finally locked.

If I fail to appear for the admission in the given time period?

The candidates who fail to appear for the admission in the given time period will be considered as disqualified. Seats allotted to such candidates will be passed on to the next candidates in line.
