Punjabi University MBA Admission 2021 Important Dates (Tentative)

Eligibility Criteria 

Candidate must satisfy below eligibility criteria before applying Punjabi University MBA admission 2021.

• Applicant must have done Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree Examination with scoring minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST and handicapped disability category).
• The qualifying marks for MBA entrance test will be 40% (35% for SC/ST category)

Punjabi University MBA Admission 2021 Application Form: How to Apply?

Interested and eligible applicants can apply online on the official website of Punjabi University i.e. www.pupmbaadmissions.com or www.punjabiuniversity.ac.in. Candidates can also obtain the application form from Punjabi University Campus and its Regional Centres. Candidates will have to fill the Online Application Form by the scheduled date. They need to upload the scanned Photograph & Signature during online submission of Application Form.

Candidates need to submit the duly filled in application form to Head, School of Management Studies, Arts Block No-6, First Floor, Punjabi University, Patiala along with a bank draft of Rs.3500/- (as mandatory application fee) drawn in favour of Registrar, Punjabi University, Patiala or can be submitted at enquiry main gate, Punjabi University, as per schedule date.

• Application Processing-cum-Entrance Test-cum-Group Discussion Fee (for all candidates) Rs. 3,500/-
• Counseling Fee (candidates appearing for counseling will submit at the time of counselling) Rs. 3,500/-

Admit card

Candidates, who have complete successful registration, will be able to print the Admit Card online after a specified date (announced at website). In case of any problem while downloading the admit card, candidates can obtain Admit Card from the Centralized Admission Cell  a day before the official date of entrance test.

Examination Pattern

The entrance test will comprise 100 multiple choice (4 options) objective type questions in the paper as per the criteria given below:

• The duration of entrance test will be two hours
• Each question will carry 1 mark.
• There will be no negative marking in this exam

Admission Process

The admission of candidates will be based upon the merit list made on the basis of 85% weightage to Entrance Test Marks and 15% weightage to Group Discussion (GD) Marks. The qualifying marks for MBA entrance examination will be 40% (35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories). Candidates will be eligible to appear in the counseling according to their merit, subject to their having cleared the respective basic qualifying examination.
