How to fill Punjabi University Application Form?
Here are the step by step guidelines to fill the Punjabi University Application Form 2021:
Step 1: Registration Process and Fee Payment
The registration form for the Punjabi University is available on the official website pupadmissions.ac.in. Provide your Name, Father’s Name, Category (SC/ST or General and all others), Date of Birth, Email address, Mobile No., etc. in order to fill the registration form. After entering the details asked in the registration form, you have to process towards the fee payment. The candidate can make the payment in either of the following ways:
- Net Banking/ Credit/ Debit Card (VISA/ Maestro/ Diners)
- Punjabi University Cashier Receipt (Only at Patiala Campus)
- Pay-in-slip of State Bank of India
Before proceeding with the payment, you have to agree to the terms and conditions of the application fee refund policy. The candidate will receive a user id and password after successful fee submission (immediately when paid via Net Banking/ Credit/ Debit Card). When the fee is paid via Cashier Receipt or Pay-in-slip, user id and password will be provided only after confirmation of the payment by Centralized Admission Cell. The refund of the application fee is provided in the mentioned format:

The candidates are advised to ask the concerned office for reference no. immediately on submitting their application for withdrawal of admission.
Note: In case you do not receive id and password within 48 hours, contact Centralized Admission Cell.
Step 2: Filling the Online Application Form
Log in using the User Id received at the time of registration (also mentioned in the registration slip). Submit your personal and educational details in the application form. The candidate from reserved category must provide their category in the appropriate place. Scanned images of photograph and signature (both less than 20 kb) will also be uploaded. After entering all the details correctly, click on the save button.
Step 3: Editing of Application Form
The application form can be edited for a certain period of time using the user id and the password.
Step 4: Printout of Application Form
A printout of the correct application form should be taken in case of future reference.
