 Category 1^st (No Entrance Test to be conducted)

Punjabi University 2021 Eligibility Criteria

As there are a large number of courses available at Punjabi university, the eligibility criteria are different for all the courses. Candidates are advised to refer to the Punjab University Admission handbook 2021 for detailed eligibility criteria for each course.  The eligibility criteria for some of the courses are given below:

For PG Courses

• The candidate must be a graduate in relevant specialization with at least 50% marks (45% for SC, ST candidates)
• In case the candidate has passed MA/LLB course from the university, then the candidate will not be eligible for MA course with another subject at Punjabi University. However, LLB passed candidate will be allowed for MA social work.

For B.Tech (CSE/ ECE/ECM/ ME/ CIVIL)

• The candidate must have 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English subjects.
• The admission will be granted as per the JEE 2021 merit but in case the seat remained vacant , then the admission will be granted to the candidates having 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English Subject.

• The application form of Punjabi University is available on the official website of Punjabi university pupadmissions.ac.in.
• First of all the applicants have to register themselves by providing basic details such as Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Category (SC/ST or General and all others), Mobile No., e-mail address, etc.
• After registration, the applicant will be required to pay the application fee.
• A unique User ID will be generated during the registration process; the applicants are advised to save this User ID for future logins.
• The scanned images of passport size photograph and signature will also be required to be uploaded by the candidates while filling the application form.
• Finally, submit the application form and take a printout duly filled application form.

Punjabi University Admit Card 2021

The Admit card of Punjabi University will be released online on the official website of the university. Candidates will be required to enter the user id and password generated during the registration process in order to download the admit card. Candidates, please note that the university will not send the admit cards by post to any candidate. It is mandatory for every candidate to carry a hard copy of admit card to the examination center.
