NITHM Admission 2022 for MBA, PGDM, BBA, B.Sc: Applications will be invited by Dr. YSR National Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management in collaboration with Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University, Hyderabad for admission into MBA, PGDM, BBA, and B.Sc Programme for academic session 2022-23. Interested and eligible candidates seeking admission in any of the above said courses in this university must submit their application form. Candidates are advised to send the duly filled applications before the due date.

Courses details

• MBA (Tourism & Hospitality): two years (including Internship)
• PGDM (Tourism Management): two years (approved by AICTE)
• BBA (Tourism & Hospitality): Four years
• B.Sc (Hospitality & Hotel Administration): 3 Years (Approved by NCHMCT)

NITHM Admission 2022 Important Dates (Tentative)

Below we are listing the tentative schedule for NITHM Admission 2022 for MBA, PGDM, BBA, B.Sc courses.

Eligibility Criteria for NITHM Admission 2022 for MBA, PGDM, BBA, B.Sc

For MBA (Tourism & Hospitality)

• Candidates having graduation with minimum 50% marks (45% for candidates from SC/ST category)
• Candidates must have appeared and qualified any of the Management Aptitude Tests viz., ICET/ MAT Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI)
• NRI/ Foreign students/ ICCR Sponsored applicants seeking direct admission, should have fluency in the English language
• Physical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner at the time of applicant’s admission will be required

For BBA programme in Tourism & Hospitality: Four years

• Candidate should have completed 10+2 with obtaining a minimum 50% marks (45% for candidates from SC/ST Category)
• The upper age limit will be 22 years (25 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST category)

For B.Sc (Hospitality and Hotel Administration)

Candidate must have qualified 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent examination with English as one of the major subjects. Applicants should have cleared English as a subject of study (elective/ core/functional) in the qualifying examination.

Candidates who are appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also apply. Provided they have to produced passing certificate of qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) at the time of admission.

For PGDM (Tourism Management)

Candidates should have done graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for candidates from SC/ST Category). Applicants who qualified any of the Management Aptitude Tests viz., ICET/MAT/CAT/ICET/CMAT are also eligible to apply. Admission will be done on the basis of marks scored in GD and PI.

Reservation Criteria

• Seat reservation is available for the following categories:
• One-third of the total seats will be reserved for women students
• 15 %, 7.5% seats are reserved for SC and ST candidates respectively
• 3% are reserved for differently-abled candidates
• 10% for industry-sponsored candidates and Entrepreneurs
