NIOS Fee Structure 2021: If you want to study secondary or senior secondary course from National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) then you should be aware with its fee structure. From the academic session 2010-11, NIOS has introduced 100% online admission facility for the convenience for students. Learners can

  • Directly apply online from the official website;
  • Go to their nearest AI (study centre)/Facilitation Centre and get assistance during online registration;
  • Visit any regional centre in order to complete online registration procedure;

NIOS Fee Structure 2021

Candidates have to make payment of fees defined for NIOS online admission. One can make the payment by following one of the two means:

  1. In online mode by using Net Banking/Credit Card (Master or Visa);
  2. Bank draft obtained from any nationalized bank in favour of Secretary, NIOS payable at respective Regional Centre for Stream1 (excluding Foreign students and students from 56 & 99 APO) and payable at Delhi/Noida for stream 2, 3 and 4 within 10 days from registering online;

Supported Documents for Exempted Categories

Following supported documents needs to be submitted by candidates of exempted categories:

Category Necessary Supporting Documents
SC/ST category candidates The certificate should be issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Magistrate or Commissioner SC/ST and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
(ii) Ex-servicemen A certificate needs to be obtained from the Employer.
(iii) Differently-abled persons

A certificate needs to be obtained from a Govt. Hospital, and should not from a private nursing home. Nature and extent of disability should be clearly visible on the certificate.
