NIMCET Admission Procedure 2021

NIMCET online application form might release in March 2021. NIMCET admission procedure 2021 contains seven different steps. For the convenience of applicants, we are elaborating all steps one by one.

Complete the Registration Procedure and Apply Online

This is the first step where candidates need to register themselves by providing few personal information such as name, username, password, email, security question and answer. Upload the photograph and signature in requisite format and do the payment of the necessary amount.

Get NIMCET,Exam Updates through e-mail, by entering your details below.

Appear in NIMCET 

After successful submission of your application, you need to download your admit card within the prescribed date. Thereafter, candidates need to appear in the test which is scheduled to be held in the month of May 2019 (tentative).

Choice Filling and Locking Process

Candidates who are satisfying the ranking and qualifying criteria will be provided rank according to their score in the test. Rank card needs to be downloaded by candidates from its official website. For choice filling and locking process, candidates need to login to their account by using the login credential.

Online Seat Allotment Procedure and Reporting

Seats will be allotted to candidates based on candidates’ rank in NIMCET exam and choices filled by them. Candidates need to report to any one of the participating institutes for counseling round (s). While reporting to the respective institute, candidates need to bring original academic documents and payment receipt of Rs. 10.000/-. The amount needs to be paid from the official website of NIMCET only.

Reporting to the Allotted Institute for Admission

 After completion of the third round of counseling, candidates will be required to appear personally to the allotted college for admission process.

Surrendering Seats by Aspirants

Candidates who do not want to join allotted seats they need to go to the reporting centre and surrender their seat. In such cases, Rs. 1000/- gets deducted and rest Rs. 9000/- will be transferred to candidates’ specified account.

Fresh Allotment Procedure

After third round of allotment procedure, if the seats remain vacant then fresh choice filling process will be done. This is the final round of allotment and after this no allotment will be done.
