NEET SS Eligibility Criteria
The authority has laid down some eligibility norms for NEET SS. Candidates who want to apply for the entrance test must check the NEET SS 2024 eligibility criteria before doing the exam registration.
Applicants should have a postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) or any equivalent degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
Applicants who complete their PG Medical degree on or before September 15, 2024, will be eligible to apply.
Candidate must be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
NEET SS Application Form 2024
It is expected that the application process for NEET SS 2024 will be commenced in July 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the exam through online mode only.

NEET SS Syllabus 2024
The NBE NEET SS syllabus will be different for all the offered courses. The syllabus will cover all the topics and subjects that have been taught at the time of undergraduate and postgraduate level. The conducting body will design the exam to check the Technical and Non-Technical skills of the applicants.
Candidates are advised to check the syllabus thoroughly and prepare themselves accordingly. The authority will release the syllabus online mode along with the NEET SS 2024 brochure.
NEET SS Admit Card 2024
The authority will release the NEET SS admit card tentatively in August 2024. Candidates who complete the application process within the prescribed schedule will be issued the NEET SS admit card. The admit card will be available through online mode only.
To download the NEET SS Hall ticket, candidates need to provide their application number and password. The admit card will contain details like exam date & time, roll number, exam venue, and other exam-related instructions. It is an important document to carry at the exam centre along with the photo id proof.
NEET SS Result 2024
The NBE will announce the NEET SS 2024 result for those candidates who appeared in the exam. The result will be announced through online mode in the form of a merit list and rank card. It will be released for around 13 broad specialties on the official website of NBE NEET.
To download the result, candidates will have to provide their login credentials such as user ID and Password in the given fields. The NEET SS rank card will consist of details like the candidate’s scores, section-wise marks, and their qualifying status.

The authority will release the NEET SS cut-off marks for each group separately. The minimum cutoff decided by NBE for NEET SS is 50 percentiles. It is the minimum qualifying mark that a candidate need to score to become eligible for participating in NEET SS counselling process.
NEET SS counselling Process 2024
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Government of India will organize the NEET SS counselling process. The process of counselling will be held in October 2024.
Qualified candidates who score the minimum cutoff marks will be able to attend the counselling as per their merit rank. It will be conducted in multiple rounds based on the availability of seats. To participate in the counselling process, candidates have to register themselves.
