NEET PG Counselling 2022: Process and Schedule

NEET PG Counselling 2022: Online registration for NEET PG Counselling will start most probably in the month of March 2022. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will organize the counselling process for all NEET PG aspirants who have achieved qualifying marks in the exam. It is expecting that NEET PG examination should be held in the month of January 2022. Thereafter, the exam conducting authority will announce result and merit list based on which counselling session will be organized.

Here I’m sharing with you step-by-step procedure of NEET PG Counselling:

Step 1: Registration

Candidates may follow below-mentioned steps by following which they can register themselves for appearing in the NEET PG counselling process:

• Candidates are first required to visit the official web portal of MCC.
• Click the button “Candidate Login NEW”.
• Candidates need to provide their Testing ID, Application Number/ Confirmation Number, Roll Number, candidate’s name, date of birth and Mother’s Name.
• After clicking the submit button candidates need to verify their identity by entering the password and security question.
• Now hit the final “Submit Column” for registration.
• After completion of the registration process, all your mentioned credentials will be available on the screen. You are only allowed to make changes in some of the particulars.

Step 2: Exercising Options

In the further step, candidates need to fill and lock their choices according to the preference. They are required to click the “Choice Available” and thereafter they need to choose their preferences. Candidates will find the selected preferences get shifted to the right side of the screen. Now click the “Save & Continue” button.

Step 3: Process of Mock Seat Allotment

In prior to the final seat allotment procedure, candidates will be allocated an indicative seat through which they can collect information regarding their probable seat. Suppose, no seat has been allocated it means you are not eligible to get a seat.

Step 4: Locking of Choices

Do not forget to lock your filled choices otherwise, you won’t be considered for seat allocation procedure. Seats once locked won’t be interchanged. Please, take the hard copy of your locked choices.

Step 5: Final Seat Allotment Process

After successful completion of all aforesaid processes, the candidate will be allocated a final seat in a college or an institute. He/She will receive an allotment letter for the same.

Step 6: Report at your Allocated Institute

Finally, candidates need to report at the allocated centre along with allotment letter and other documents on the intimated date. Reporting at the allocated institute is must otherwise you won’t be considered for admission.
