Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to satisfy the prescribed MPBOU UG 2021 eligibility criteria before applying. The eligibility criteria of MPBOU UG 2021 for different courses are as follows:

B.Sc IT	Must be passed 10+2 examination scoring minimum qualifying marks with Science group.
B.Sc Biology	Passed 10+2 with Biology as subject
B.Sc Mathematics	Applicants should have done 12th with Mathematics
BA	Candidates should have done 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
BJMC / B.Li.Sc	Must have done 10+2  in any field or equivalent degree
B.Ed (GEDE)	Must have done 10+2  from a recognized Institution

MP Bhoj Open University (MPBOU) UG Admission 2021 Application Form: How to apply?

Aspirants are suggested to follow the below listed steps at the time of registration for particular undergraduate course. Candidates should note that all the details that you have mentioned in the application form should be correct and valid.

• Applicants can purchase the MPBOU information brochure from any regional center against the payment of necessary registration fee at MP Online Portal in favor of ‘The Registrar ‘through DD Challan.
• On the successful payment of fee, candidates will able to get the application form.
• Applicants are required to produce the required documents as mentioned in the information booklet to prove their eligibility, after which they can acquire their duly filled form signed by the head of the regional center.
• Thereafter, applicants should visit to the nearest kiosk center to fill the course fee for their desired programme.
• After depositing the course fee, Candidates will obtain three copies of the filled application form including Student’s copy, Kiosk Center’s copy & study center’s copy from the controller.
• Once the application process is completed successfully, candidates will get their roll numbers.

Candidates should note that they have to pay a separate fee of Rs 40/- (excluded the application fee) for each course in which they wants to apply for.

• For B.A. / B.Sc. / B. Com courses the registration fee is Rs 150/-
• For other courses like B.Sc (IT), BJMC, B.Li.Sc, BBA, BCA the registration fee is Rs 300/-

Admission Process

The MP Bhoj Open University (MPBOU) follows a direct admission and merit based admission process for various UG regular and professional courses respectively.

Direct mode of admission:

In this mode, candidates are required to satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria of particular course.

Merit based:

In case of merit based admission, students will be admitted on the basis of their marks obtained in the qualifying examination. The university will organize its own entrance test to offer admission in various UG courses.
