MMST 2022: Application Form(Available), Eligibility Criteria, Admit Card

MMST 2022 application form has been released on 21st January 2022 in online mode. The ‘School of Medical Science and Technology’ (SMST), IIT Kharagpur publish the official notification for the commencement of entrance test for admission into the ‘Masters in Medical Science and Technology’ (MMST). MMST is a 3 years’ post graduate program which candidates can pursue after qualifying the entrance test and after taking the admission in the institute.

The following post explains all the details about the IIT Kharagpur’s MMST 2022 and the other details about the application form, eligibility criteria, and important dates.

MMST 2022 Eligibility Criteria

• All Indian national can apply for the MMST.
• Candidates need to have MBBS Degree from an institute recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).
• He must have attained minimum 55% marks in the MBBS degree.
• Besides, candidates must have studied Mathematics at senior secondary level education.

 MMST Application Form 2022

• The MMST Application Form 2022 will be provided on the official website of the Candidates will be required to fill and submit the application form through online mode only.
• It will be important for the candidates to fill all the details properly in the required format in the application form.
• General/OBC Male/Transgender candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1500.
• All Female or SC/ST/PwD (Persons with Disability) candidates will be eligible to apply with the application fee of 750.
• Candidates should save the application form in the PC or take the printout of the application form for the future reference after registering online.

 MMST Exam Pattern

• MMST 2022 will be of an objective type having multiple choice questions.
• The test will be of two hours duration which will be commenced at the Kolkata.
• The questions in the exam will be from Biology, medical science, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
• There will be 120 questions in the examination.
• Every question will be of 1 marks.
• Candidates’ 1/4^th marks will be deducted as penalty for the wrong attempts of questions.

 MMST 2022 Admit Card

• After submission of the application form, candidates will be issued the MMST 2022 admit card to take part in the exam.
• The admit card will have the details about the MMST exam centre, date, timing, and exam duration.
• Candidates need to reach at the exam venue on the given date and time as mentioned in the admit card.
• Candidates will be not be allowed to participate in the MMST exam 2018 without the admit card.

MMST 2022 Result

• The IIT Kharagpur will announce the MMST 2022 Result on the official website.
• Candidates need to log in to the official portal of MMST to check the Result.
• On the basis of the result or marks attained by the candidates in the MMST 2021, candidates will be offered the invitation top take part in the admission counseling.
  

MMST Counselling

• The IIT Kharagpur will invite the successful candidates (who qualified the written test) to participate in the admission counseling in the month of June 2022.
• Candidates will have to bring the certificates of their educational qualifications
• The selected candidates need to bring their certificates of the educational qualifications during counseling.
