JSS University PhD Admission 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission to PhD degree awarded by this University under various recognized faculties must satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria. The details of JSS University PhD admission eligibility criteria are given below:
Eligibility criteria in General
- Candidates should possess a qualifying higher specialty degree or postgraduate degree/diploma recognized from the Faculties of this University or any other University recognized by the Medical Council of India, Association of Indian Universities, Central Council of Indian Medicine, Indian Nursing Council, Central Council of Homoeopathy, Dental Council of India, All India Council for Technical Education, Pharmacy Council of India, and other approved recognized Scientific Bodies of the Government of India, etc.
- Applicants should pass the qualifying postgraduate degree/diploma examination with at least of 50% marks or a second class or equivalent.
- The qualifying postgraduate degree/diploma has to be registered with the relevant Councils as the case may be.

JSS University PhD Application Form 2022
- Candidates seeking admission to PhD programme in JSS University should apply in the prescribed “Application form for PhD Programme” as per the scheduled date.
- The application form will be downloaded from the official website of JSS University i.e. www.jssuni.edu.in after the official release of PhD admission notification.
- Aspirants will register themselves in this University by submitting the duly filled application form, attained from the university along with other documents required for the registration and by paying the prescribed application fees for the same.
- The application fee will be prescribed by JSS University from time to time as applicable.
- The duly filled application form should be submitted through the proper channel as prescribed by the university.
Admission Process
Admission of candidates to PhD course will be done on the basis their overall performance in an Entrance Test / Interview organized at National Level by this University. However, candidates who qualify UGC / GATE / SLET / NET / CSIR (JRF) / UGC / teaching fellowship / M.Phil course will be exempted from appearing in the Entrance Test/Interview and are considered eligible for direct admission.
