This exam will provide the admissions to MD (Doctor of Medicine) and MS (Master of Surgery) courses in the JIPMER College Puducherry. Steps of Fill JIPMER PG Application Form 2021
Step 1: Registration
In order to apply for JIPMER PG exam, candidates need to register on the official website by entering the following details
- Applicants Name
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Number
- Email ID
The login credentials will be sent to the registered email id and phone number of the candidate after 5 minutes post-registration. Check junk or spam folder of the email id, in case any candidate does not find the email regarding login details.
Step 2: Login
Now log in to your account using the user id and password received through email
Step 3: Filling application form
Click on the “Go to Application Form” button the top right corner, and fill the following details
Personal details
- Nationality
- Whether the resident of Puducherry
- Gender
- Father’s Name
- Category Etc.
Qualification Details
- Details about MBBS degree
- Details of last the institute attended
- Details about certificate courses and Marks etc.
Contact Details
- Present Address
- Permanent Address
- Phone number and Email id
- Details about ID proof
Step 4: Exam Cities
Candidates will be allowed to select the three cities for the exam center as per their preference. Choose the exam cities very carefully as no changes will be allowed later.
Step 5: Uploading document
The candidates have to upload the scanned copies of passport size photo, signature and caste certificate in a prescribed format.
Step 6: Application fee payment
After uploading the document, the application fee needs to be paid through online mode only i.e. either by debit card, credit card or by net banking.
Step 7: Preview and form submission
Finally, check the preview of the application form and submit it after reading the declaration. Candidates are advised to take a printout of duly filled JIPMER PG application form 2020 for future requirements.
