Jharkhand Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria 2024
Candidates must satisfy the necessary eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The details regarding the eligibility criteria are as follows.
Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
Candidates must have done class 10th or its equivalent with a minimum of 35% marks from any recognized board.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
For mining diploma courses, the minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years as of 1st July 2024.
Jharkhand Polytechnic Exam 2024 Application Form
The authority will release the application form tentatively in May 2024 through online mode only. Candidates are advised to read the important instructions related to the application process before applying for the exam.
Candidates will have to first complete the online registration process by clicking on the “Online Application Link For PECE”.
Enter your basic details like name, contact number, email address, etc. After successful registration, a confirmation email with login details will be sent to your registered email address.
Login using the given details and fill out the application form.
Candidates must fill in the asked details such as personal, educational, category, address, etc. carefully and correctly.
Candidates also have to upload important documents in a specific format.
Make the payment of the required application fee through online mode.
Re-check the details and click the “Submit” button.

Application Fee
Candidates have to pay the necessary fee through online mode using a credit card, debit card, and net banking payment method.
For the General/ BC I/ BC II/ EWS/ Candidates, the application fee is Rs 650/-.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Female category will have to pay Rs 325/-.

Jharkhand Polytechnic 2024 Admit Card
The authority will issue the admit card through online mode only. The PECE 2024 admit card is expected to be released in June 2024. Candidates who complete the registration will be able to download the admit card from the official website.
To download the admit card, candidates will be needed to enter their login credentials such as application form number and date of birth. The admit card is an important document to carry at the examination centre. It includes details like the candidate’s name, roll number, examination venue, date, time, etc.
Jharkhand Polytechnic Exam 2024 Answer Key
The answer key will be announced soon after the completion of the PECE 2024 exam. It will be released online in PDF format. Candidates who appeared in the exam will be allowed to access the PECE answer key by visiting JCECEB official website.
The answer key will be published separately for the various sets and also the different subjects. With the help of the answer key, applicants will be able to calculate their probable scores in the exam.
Jharkhand Polytechnic Result
JCECEB will announce the Jharkhand Polytechnic Result most likely in July 2024. The result will be available in online mode only. Candidates will be able to download the result by providing their login credentials.
The authority will announce the result in the form of a merit list. It will be released separately for different categories. The merit rank will be decided based on the candidate’s marks in the exam. In case of a tie, students with more marks in the mathematics section will get preference.
Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2024
It is expected that the process of PECE counselling will be commenced in July 2024. The shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the counselling process based on the merit list. The counselling will be held in online mode only. The qualified candidates should download their call letter from the official website.
During the counselling process, candidates will also have to choose their diploma course and colleges as per their preference. Candidates need to carry the original documents such as Class 10th mark sheet, caste certificate, admit card, counselling letter, Domicile Certificate, PECE Scorecard, etc. for the verification process. The final admission will be offered after the verification of documents.
