IPU CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2021

The candidates who wish to appear for the law entrance exam conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University can submit their application form. However, the candidates must check the IPU CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2021 before they apply for the entrance test. The candidates applying for the bachelor’s degree in law should have passed class 12^th exam and those applying for the master’s degree in law should have passed LLB degree exam.

Eligibility Criteria for LLB courses (BA.LLB & BBA.LLB):

• The candidate should have passed the HSC (class 12^th) or equivalent examination from a recognized university/ board.
• The minimum aggregate marks to be obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam is 50%.
• It is mandatory for the candidates to pass in the subject of English, studied whether as a core or elective or functional subject.
• The candidates who will be appearing in the class 12^th final exam in the year 2019 are also eligible to apply for IPU CET Law exam 2021.

Eligibility Criteria for LLM courses:

• The applicants who have earned their LLB degree from a recognized institute as required by the Bar Council of India for enrollment as an Advocate or an equivalent law degree from a Foreign University are eligible to apply.
• The candidate should have scored at least 50% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam.
• The candidates appearing in the final year exam of their bachelor’s degree course in the year 2021 can also apply for the entrance test.

IPU CET Law Application Form 2021

The candidates after ensuring their IPU CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2021 can proceed for filling their application form. In the IPU CET Law Application Form 2021, the candidates will have to provide their basic personal and educational details and also upload scanned copies of photograph and signature. The duly filled application form should be submitted along with the prescribed application fee.
