IIITH PGEE Application Form 2023: How to Apply, Last Date, Direct Link

IIIT Hyderabad may release the application form for Postgraduate entrance exam (PGEE) in February 2023. The mode of application will be online; the institute will not accept any application form by post or by any other offline method.

The online application form will be released on the official website of IIT Hyderabad. A direct link to the application form will also be made available on this page as soon as it gets released by the institute. Aspiring candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria carefully before applying. Steps to submit IITH PGEE Application Form 2023

The application procedure of IITH PGEE will be completely online. Candidates just need to follow the steps mentioned below in order to submit the application form

Step – 1: Pre Registration Form

• First of all, the candidates have to fill the pre-registration form from the official website i.e. https://admissions.iiit.ac.in.
• After submitting the pre-registration form, an email having a link to the main registration form and unique identification code will be sent to the candidates.

 Step – 2: Identification Code

• Click on the link received through the email (check spam or bulk folder in case the link doesn’t found)
• A new window would have been opened now, enter the identification code in this new window.

Step -3: Entering details

• After entering the identification code, the main registration page will appear.
• Enter all the personal and educational details in the main registration form along with the project or employment record (If any).

Step -4: Choosing Programme

• In this step, the applicant has to enter the preference of programme he/she wants to study in IIIT Hyderabad.
• Choose the preferred application fee payment option and give the preference of exam centres as per your convenience.
• It is mandatory for every applicant to provide a statement of purpose as well.

 Step – 5: Uploading Images

• After entering the preference the applicant has to upload a scanned copy of recent passport size photograph .Jpg format only.
• Along with the photograph, the candidates will also require to upload the latest resume in pdf or doc format.
• The file size of a resume should be less than 1MB and the file size of Photograph should be less than 600 KB.

Step – 6: Preview

• Check the duly filled in the application form and edit in case of any incorrect or incomplete information.
• Click “Submit” button if all the entered details are correct.

Step – 7: Application Fee Payment

• After submitting the application form, the candidate will be required to pay the application fee.

Step -8: Acknowledgement.

• The candidate will receive the details of the application form and acknowledgement of fee payment through the registered email id.
• In case the candidate does not receive the acknowledgement then he/she may contact at [email protected].
• Keep the acknowledgments safe till the admission procedure gets over.

IIITH PGEE Application Fee

The application fee for IIITH PGEE exam will be Rs. 2000 /- for all the categories.

Note: The application fee will be nonrefundable the candidates must ensure their eligibility before applying.

Mode of Payment: The application fee will be paid through the online payment gateways only i.e. Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking.
