ICAR AIEEA (UG & PG) Selection Procedure and Counselling Schedule 2021

ICAR AIEEA Selection Procedure and Counselling 2021: ICAR AIEEA is being conducted in June 2021 at 49 exam centres all across the country for candidates seeking admission to various Bachelor’s degree programmes. The authority will declare the result of appeared candidates by June 2021 tentatively. Here comes the time when candidates should ready to attend the counselling procedure.

Candidates’ selection would depend upon their performance in the entrance exam however they need to attend the counselling procedure on prescribed date and time. Based on candidates’ performance in ICAR AIEEA, merit list will be prepared and according to their rank they will be called for counselling.

Counselling process will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates who are not declared as qualified for counselling, they are not liable to get admission on ICAR seats in any Agriculture University at any stage.

List of Documents Need to be Submitted During Counselling

Original and self-attested copies of following documents will be required to submit by candidates during counselling:

• Date of Birth proof (You can submit class X or high school certificate);
• All mark sheets, certificates, grade reports of candidates related to Class X and XII;
• Category certificate in case of SC/ST/Non-Creamy layer of OBC category candidates;
• Medical certificate for Physically Challenged candidates;
• Character certificate from head of the institution where last attended;
• E-Admit card and counselling letter;
• Three numbers of recent and clear color passport size photographs;
• Domicile certificate for candidates belonging from Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Goa, Daman and Diu, Manipur, Lakshadweep, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.
• Candidates who are unable to attend the counselling process personally they need to submit authority letter/undertaking in the recommended format;
• Genuine registration certificate obtained from IVC Act.1984 for Veterinary graduates only;

Admission Process through Counselling

• Counselling will be conducted in offline mode only, therefore personal appearance is essential.
• Candidates need to fill up a counselling form before coming to attend the counselling.
• Candidates or authorized representatives need to bring Rs.2000/- in cash along with aforesaid documents while coming for the counselling procedure.
• Candidates who fail to submit the required fee and original certificates as mentioned above, their admission won’t be granted.

Admission Process through Waitlist

• Candidates who attended the counselling but didn’t get admission can apply for admission through waitlist. Waitlist proforma will be provided to candidates at the time of counselling.
• If you’ve not submitted your waitlist request then it means that you are no more interested in admission.
• Submitting waitlist request doesn’t guarantee your admission, it will be confirmed only if seats are vacant.

Filling of Vacant Seats after the Counselling

If ICAR seats remain vacant even after acceptance of waitlist request then it won’t be assumed as ICAR seats. These seats will be treated as university seats and admission will be given accordingly.
