IBSAT Application Form 2023-2024: Important Dates, Steps to Fill Application Form

The registration form for IBSAT has been released by the IFCAI Business School (IBS) on its official website. The interested applicants will have to register themselves before they can fill the IBSAT application form. The candidates can also purchase the information bulletin from the marketing offices. The candidates can then fill the application form using the application number obtained either through online registration or that available in the information bulletin. The fee will be Rs 1800/- for online registration as well as for offline bulletin. The whole process of registration and application form filling for IBAST is given in this article.

Steps to fill the IBSAT Application Form

Registration and application fee payment

The candidate will have to first register themselves by providing their personal information, current & permanent address and details of the CAT exam. All fields will be compulsory.

1. Personal Details: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender and Nationality
2. Current Address: First Line of Address, Second Line of Address, State, City, Pin Code

If the current address and permanent address is same, you will just have to check the box, otherwise the details of permanent address will also be entered.

3. Email Id, confirm email id, mobile number, and confirm mobile number
4. CAT Details: CAT Coaching Center Name, CAT City, CAT Location

After submitting all details, click on ‘proceed’. You will now be able to review the details entered in the registration form. You can either press on ‘back’ and edit the form or press ‘proceed to payment’ to submit the application fee.

The next step will be the submission of the application fee. The fee payment can be done via credit card/net banking (online registration) or by cash (in case of information bulletin). This will complete the registration process. An application number and password will be generated that will be used to fill the application form.

Note: The candidate who purchase the form offline, they can use the application number given at the top of the voucher as login id and Voucher No. found under the scratch area at the top of the voucher as password.

Application form filling:

Using the application number and password, you can open the application form.

Enter name (as in academic records), date of birth, gender, citizenship, address, email id and telephone numbers. The email and contact number will be used for future communication so it must be correct. Click on proceed and you will be able to see the entered details. You can either press ‘back’ to edit the information entered or ‘submit’ it.

Next, you will have to enter your school/intermediate and graduation details such as board/university name, name of school/college, year of passing, marks scored, mode of study, etc. Click on proceed after entering all the details. Again, you can either press ‘back’ or ‘submit’.

Choose the Selection Process venue and date and upload your color photograph showing full face till the shoulders in jpeg or gif format. The size should not exceed 25 kb and should be approximately 140-160 pixels.

In the last, you have to select the campus preference, specify how you want to apply for the program (IBSAT/CAT/GMAT/NMAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT) and agree to the declaration. Click on submit to make the final submission of the application form.
