Haryana LEET 2022: Application Form, Eligibility criteria, Important dates

The admission of the candidates into lateral entry B.E/ B.Tech degree course will be done on the basis of OLET (On Line Entrance Test). The admissions will be granted into the government, government aided and private engineering institutes of Haryana. The candidates with diploma in the relevant field or a B.Sc degree can apply for the Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET). Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for Haryana LEET 2022 entrance test is given below:

• Mode of exam: Online
• Duration of exam: 1 hour 30 minutes
• Number of questions: 90
• Number of sections: 4 (A, B, C & D)
• Total marks: 90
• Marking scheme: Each question will carry 1 mark.

Haryana LEET Application Form 2022

The candidates will be able to fill and submit their application form in online mode from the month of April 2022. To obtain the application form, the candidates will have to visit the official website www.onlinetesthry.gov.in.

• In the application form, the candidates will have to submit their personal details, qualification details, contact details, etc.
• The candidates will also have to upload their photograph and signature in the application form in scanned format.
• After this, the candidates can submit their duly-filled application form along with the required fee.
• A unique application form number will be generated after the successful submission of the form.
• Any error in the form can be corrected till the last date of application submission.
• The candidates must not submit multiple applications under any circumstances.
• The candidates should keep a photocopy of the filled application form along with them in case of any future reference.

Application fee:

• The candidates can submit the application fee through credit card/ debit card/ net banking or via e-Challan.
• In case of payment through Challan, it should be submitted in any branch of Punjab National Bank or Axis Bank.
• The application fee will be Rs. 500/- for general category candidates and Rs. 200/- for reserved category candidates.
• The application fee once submitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria for Haryana LEET 2022

The following eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by the candidates applying for Haryana LEET 2022:

• The candidates should have done a 3-year Diploma in Engineering/ Technology course from Haryana State Board of Technical Education or its equivalent with at least 45% marks in aggregate (42.75% in case of SC category candidate).
• The applicants who have passed their B.Sc degree programme from a recognized University with at least 45% marks (42.75 % in case of candidates belonging to SC category) are eligible. Such candidates must also have passed their class 12^th exam with Mathematics as a subject.
• The candidates from the B.Sc stream also needs to clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second year subjects.
• The students belonging to B.Sc stream will be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream.

Admit Card

• The admit card for appearing in the entrance exam can be downloaded from the official website.
• The candidates should take a printout of the admit card and must carry it to the exam center.
• The admit card will contain important details such as exam center address and roll number of the candidates.
• No candidate will be allowed to appear in the entrance test without a valid admit card.

Haryana LEET Result 2022

• The result of the online entrance test will be declared on the official website www.onlinetesthry.gov.in and www.hstes.org.in.
• No separate result card will be sent to the candidates through post or nay other mode and therefore they should take the printout of the online result only.
• There will be no re-evaluation of the answers and no request in this regard will be entertained.
• On the basis of total marks secured in the entrance test, rank will be assigned to the candidates.

Counseling For Haryana LEET 2022

• The counseling of the candidates will be done according to their ranking and will be held in online mode.
• The candidates will be allowed to provide choice for college at the time of counseling.
• The candidates will then allotted seats according to their choice, rank and seat availability.
• After allotment of seat, the candidates will have to visit the allotted institute and complete the admission formalities.
• The documents and eligibility conditions of the candidates will be verified and after that they will be granted final admission.
