It is most probable that counselling process will start in the month of June 2021. All qualified candidates are required to attend the counselling according to their rank in the exam.

List of Counselling Centres for GITAM GAT PGT 2021

The counselling process will be held at GITAM Hyderabad Campus; GITAM Visakhapatnam Campus; Hyderabad City; Bangalore City; GITAM Bangalore Campus; Vijayawada and Tirupathi. Candidates, falling under Physically Handicapped category, are required to attend the counselling held at Visakhapatnam Centre only.

List of Important Documents for Counselling

Candidates are required to submit originals of following documents along with two sets of photocopies:

• Class X or Equivalent exam passing certificate;
• Counselling Call Letter;
• Intermediate/10+2 marks statements and pass certificate;
• Transfer Certificate;
• Qualifying exam mark statements and provisional certificate;
• Study and Conduct Certificates;
• Medical Certificate;
• Integrated Community in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category;
• A residence certificate is required to be submitted by candidates for Bengaluru campus;

Counselling Procedure Important Highlights

• Candidates are required to download the counselling letter after login to their account;
• They need to attend the counselling in person according to the guidelines notified by the exam conducting authority;
• Candidates are required to make payment of counselling fee amounting Rs.1000/- at the reception counter in order to attend the counselling process. Please keep the payment receipt with you till all counselling rounds get completed.
• Candidates are required to produce the original certificate for verification procedure.
• Candidates will have to attend the counselling according to their rank in the merit list.
