GITAM GAT PGT Application Form 2021: Availability of GITAM GAT PGT application form will start from November 2020. Interested and eligible candidates are required to complete the application formalities before the notified deadline. Before you apply for the test please ensure your eligibility.

Candidates can apply for GITAM GAT PGT 2021 by following the procedure mentioned below:

How to Apply in Online Mode?

For applying online, candidates are required to visit the official website of GITAM University and fill up following information:

• Personal Information: This is the first section of your application form where you’ll be required to fill up information such as your name, gender, nationality, date of birth, category, religion, parent’s/guardian’s name, correspondence address, state, city, pin code, phone number, email ID, mobile number etcc.
• Giving Test Centre Preference: Now you’ll be asked to give you three preferences of exam centres.
• Uploading Photograph: After successful registration, a registration number will be generated. Now you need to upload your photograph of size in between 4 kb to 50 KB.
• Payment of Application Fee: Candidates can make payment of application fee either in online mode or through demand draft.
• Submission of the Form: Candidates are required to take two printouts of their application form and send the same along with demand draft to the address mentioned below:

How to Apply in Offline Mode?

• Candidates can either request for the application form via post from the exam conducting authority. For the same they will have to send a request letter along with demand draft. The draft should be in favour of GITAM University payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.
• Candidates can also obtain the form from few banks branches including Indian Bank, Union Bank of India and Karur Vysya Bank.

Modes of Application Fee

 The amount of application fee can be paid via following means:

• Through Demand Draft: The draft needs to be drawn in favour of GITAM University payable on any scheduled bank at Visakhapatnam.
• In Online Mode: In online mode, the fee can be paid by using credit card/debit card/net banking.
